I wrote at a bit after midnight and likely not the only one that did. Hopefully this will get fixed and held over. If not -- then not :D. THIS IS WHY YOU SEND YOUR ITEMS TO AN ALT TO CHECK. That being said, "sometimes" SL loses the newish texture FOR YOU. I have had that happen even after testing with an alt :D. So it could be either but it this is a typical problem then probably just a local texture that didn't get put on. I would LIKE to buy them though :D. Edit: FIXED NOW AT 6 PM ish. Absolutely and there is TONS of info about it in THIS THREAD. Scroll back and you will see lots of explanation. Look for photos with screenshots of gray screens and sometimes red circles on the triangle or texture count. Briefly you can right click on an object and choose Object - Inspect and it will give you lots of information on how dense the item is as well as how big - many textures are on the item. Some creators use RENDER mesh (purchased on the web) and upload into SL. Render mesh was definitely NOT meant to be used in a game setting like Second Life. This is one (and of the most prominent) reason for the lag we experience. At least you can take comfort in the fact that is a very nice piece of furniture at whatever the price it may be. ^.^ I've had that happen to me many times in SL and RL. I pay full price for something and it goes on sale the next day or week. Such is life.
