I know some people just hate face lights but I tend to use the ones included with Leluka heads because I want to see details on the face without many shadows. Anyhow, yesterday I realized that I hadn't yet tried SL Mobile on my iPad Air M2, so I logged out of my desktop and logged in on the iPad (still having major performance issues with GB wifi and this more powerful iPad BTW). I was surprised to see a big gaping hole where my AVI's mouth should be. I tried a bunch of saved outfits that included different heads and still had the mouth problem. I looked over the outfit items on the desktop, and sure enough, the guilty object was the face light. So, here is the result today (outfit still in progress, so just notice that the problem is fixed after I took off the face light).

Will there ever be a new 1024 Theme?
Trinity Blakewell replied to Trinity Blakewell's topic in Linden Homes
Obviously, they built way too many chalets. I wonder how much flexibility there would be to refining some of that space. Shrink the continent, so to speak, so that there are less interior homes. Then add stilts on water, piers, or small islands where the additional space is added. Or change part of the continent to Victorian. I do think there should be some additional stilt designs (because even the largest stilt could stand to be a little larger), Also, one or two new traditional floorplans with more living space. And maybe some slightly more upscale-looking home designs for Newbrooke (since apparently there will be no Malibu Beach style homes, and if they ever did that theme, they'd likely do it as a Premium Plus. I have never found the Fantasy Homes to be very practical in the long run, but I can see how adding some slightly different styles there might attract more folks. -
I'm wondering, with all the emphasis on Premium Plus, will there ever be a new 10224 theme for regular Premium users?

Thunes to acquire payments platform Tilia LLC

As long as it's really HQ'ed in Singapore and not Beijing. The following example is similar to the issues with TikTok...there's a mobile streaming service (IQYI) that has their "international" headquarters in Singapore, but their corporate HQ in China. A while back they were picking up exclusives on some KDramas, and there was discussion on the internet among KDrama fans about whether or not to join the service. If you look at their fine print...they're sharing their customer data with corporate HQ. -

This is not that big of a deal, IMO...you can't buy Kindle books from Amazon directly in the iOS Kindle viewer, but there's no issue buying them in a web browser on an iOS device, which then downloads them into the Kindle app. Since LL already has website-based purchasing of $L, all it takes is ensuring the account pages are mobile-friendly. -
If you own clothing items from ISON, Fashionably Dead, or Neve, be sure and check the weekend sales, and get redelivery on any items featured. that you already have in your inventory. This weekend I requested updates from all three on previously purchased items that now included LaraX. Only a single color ISON item (which likely was really old) didn't contain the LaraX update.

There's a significant number of fantasy/scifi style creators that are not rigging for any Maitreya body. Go to a Cyberpunk, Anime, or Asian-themed event and see how many creators are focused on just Legacy and EBody.

Some of the ones who aren't updating old stuff, or doing just a few items....Amias, Just Because, Coco...

In addition to Neve and ISON, I have found the following brands offering LaraX updated items on the weekend sales: Thalia Hackworth Baiastice Friday Fashionably Dead Addams Tori Torricelli Azoury Bumblebee Stiff Technofolk Eru Couture Versois et Mailloux Rowne (some) ValentinaE (some) Enfant Terrible (some) Zara (some)

It would also be helpful if some of the stores that are updating have clear labels on the items that are updated (or, a clearly-labeled sections). I was at the store last weekend of a brand that has been releasing clothes for LaraX at events, and updating a few of their older styles. I looked around for a while and couldn't figure out which styles had been updated. One of the brands you have mentioned has been putting in their notes at Facebook for the weekend sales a disclaimer that even though they may be releasing new colors for an older product, that your preferred body may not have been released when the product was created, so don't be mad that the body hasn't been included! I have no idea how difficult it is to "re-rig" a previously made mesh for LaraX, but considering that the body is fairly close to Legacy and the earlier version of Lara, it doesn't seem to me like it would take a lot of time.

There are definately brands that I like (and have frequently purchased) that I have not been purchasing because their new releases at events haven't featured LaraX. @Cinnamon Mistwood - I agree with you. Not interested in the pulled up shirts or skirts that reveal the behind. I'd be spending more on clothes if some of the other brands would get on board with LaraX. I still have Legacy but I don't want to have to switch between bodies.

Really getting kinda irritated at the stores that aren't updating or releasing new items for LaraX. I know some of them are dependent on third-party mesh, but otherwise there doesn't seem to be much consistency about who is choosing to release LaraX items and who is not...other than among many designers with an Asian design aesthetic, who are still designing for just Legacy and (sometimes) Ebody Reborn (at Sakura Matsuri, which just opened yesterday, I don't think there is a single item of clothing sized for LaraX).
