I had a lot typed here, but I removed it all, it was very not nice, and then it just made me feel bad, because even I care about people I don't like. 

Bagnu, I am going to encourage you to ask people to stop white knighting for you. They are, seriously, making things so much worse.

It really is painting you in a worse light than I think you realize. You might not care, but I suspect some part of you actually does care, as I suspect most people would.  Whether or not I, or anyone else, is still angry with you doesn't even matter. It's not doing you a lick of good to let others speak for you (and at textual face value, without individual interpretation, those words others are uttering are very much attempting to speak for you, the motives behind which is left to interpretation). It's making the original offense even worse at this point to keep it going. That person seems to WANT to keep it going, which, again, leaves motives to be interpreted. 

When someone has a history of causing this kind of mayhem anywhere they go, it's not really wise to want them on "your side". I don't judge the company you keep for being your friend(which is what your thread was about, and it seems most agree with that sentiment), but I can guarantee you that some might judge you for the company you're with if you keep letting this one continue. 

If you were actually sincere in your apology (whether or not any of us believe that sincerity is irrelevant at this point),  now actually care about the offense and hurt it caused people, you'll understand precisely why the last few pages have only made that worse, and why asking those people trying to make excuses and white knight (along with keep it going by mentioning it repeatedly) for it to stop would be a good idea.

You may not understand why it was offensive, or why it hurt people, and I don't think anyone trying to explain it would help that, but hopefully you do understand how it's being made worse and are willing to actually try and stop that. I can't speak for anyone else, but I can tell you that MY opinion of you as a person isn't being made any better. I'm not suggesting that should matter to you, as I am but one person and there's still some level of offended still on my side of the fence. I do, however,  suspect I might not be alone in my desire to want to think better of you, and it's getting increasingly difficult. 

That's a much nicer way of saying what I wanted to say, I think, before I take a break for a while.

Tari, I just want this thread to end. There is nothing positive here anymore. It was not my intention to cause conflict. You don't have to like me, and neither does anyone else.That's just the way we are as human beings. Some people we like and respect, other's we don't. I didn't understand the difference between inworld and here, but I understand that now, at least I hope. I truly don't like conflict, whether it be here, inworld or RL. I didn't come to the forums for that. And I wont, and can't stop anyone from expressing anything, whether it be friend or foe. I have developed some deep and sincere relationships here on the forums, and have many friends inworld. I concentrate on those, and not the negative.

Ahh but you see, your previous post a couple weeks ago was oozing with criticism and hatred toward Pearl.  But now you've directed that hate toward me as you pretend to make cozy with Pearl, trashing me up one side and down the other. Thank you -- I'm happy. There was too much hate directed toward one person by many others and this is an abuse of power -- many against one. I have taken on some of the unfounded hatred directed toward her by defending her as best I could, sharing the burden. You may call it "mayhem" but I call it 'love'.

Makes no difference to the one that does the most White Knighting around.  She doesn't care if the person wants her to White Knight for them or not.  She considers it her duty to do so anyway.

Which ties in to one of my prior responses on the matter.

This behavior (among other, subtle crap) got them banned from another forum. They did not learn their lesson and in fact simply double down when the behavior is pointed out - be it to them or someone they are "defending".

It really does need to stop. It is not "kindness" (or any other BS they've spewed in the past to excuse it).

I first encountered the White Knight many months ago. I never really paid attention to their posts before, although they had been posting since way back when on the old forum. Their responses were always too long winded or something, so I didn't know the long held common knowledge of the White Knight. Oh. My. Gawd. Boy, did I learn, the hard way. I've never seen anything terribly positive coming from all this self-appointed White Knighting. I've never seen anyone say "thank you" or "gee, can you White Knight for me?" I have seen a lot of making things worse. A lot. It isn't kindness.

This was the first person I put on block. How did it affect my reading of the fourms? Not at all, except to reduce my eye-rolling. I've missed nothing. Zero. Zip. This person contributes nothing but angst in the forum. Sadly, their antics don't get them banned from this forum like the same actions can from more privately run forums.

You know, I wanna point out, for the batrillionth time, NO-ONE HAS DIRECTED HATRED TOWARDS @Bagnu AS A PERSON!!!!  Many have directed criticism/hatred/offense/dislike towards things she has said or done.  Hate the game not the player and all that.  

But I suspect I am blocked by said white knight, so would only be wasting my breath 🤣

Nah - like another poster here, that one simply ignores or twists anything that doesn't fit their narrative into ammunition/fuel.

You opted to not ask for clarification.  You don’t actually care what my opinion is since it doesn’t cohere with yours.

Or hey, here ya go- if it’s not my opinion that annoys you but rather the delivery- I have a brain tumor, called a pericallosal lipoma which interferes with a lot of my cognitive functions.  It can take me ten minutes to think of the name of the color of shirt I am wearing or remember what I ate for lunch in the same day.  Sometimes I start to speak & stutter out a word 10-20 times before I actually get it out.  Then I will participate in conversations online & go back over something I composed & no matter how many times I reread, I’ll discover misspelled words or words I just didn’t type that are needed.    There are a few other fun things I am experiencing because of it, but I won’t bore you with more of my gobbledy***** *****.  (it took me about 20 minutes to type what I have thus far).

But again in closing, you asked for opinions.  I gave mine.  Glad to see that you’re not as lily white as you’d like others to believe you to be.  You’re just as opinionated & egocentric as you claim others to be.

I haven't expressed hatred towards Bagnu. I've expressed dislike, incredulity, annoyance, frustration and a few other things, but not because she's a prostitute/whore/sex worker/sex toy/harlot/escort, but because of words she's written... many, many words about things that in my opinion make me cringe, really really hard. I stand by my expression of dislike towards Bagnu as the person she has represented herself to be.

The White Knight always insults the person they are "tilting" for, because the White Knight makes the assumption that only the Knight can talk for the "oppressed." The "oppressed's" words need deciphering, because apparently only the White Knight can adequately do justice and protect the poor, stupid, oppressed poster. (Generic poster, whoever is being protected and treated like a dim child.)

Thank you for pointing that out. So many have an aversion to child avis (which of course is completely acceptable if that is how they feel). Some take it to a ridiculous level though and don't even think before they overreact in situations to the point where they even hit the AR option without reason. It really is just a matter of using common sense.
