How does your first avatar compare to how you look now? This is me in February compared to now as a blonde. I'll probably go back to brown next month haha. I still love the smile that Catwa head had. But yea the skin was a freebie and I didn't know how to put on the body applier at the time 😅 so I just walked around with a different colored body lol

This is interesting. I don't have a pic on my first newbie avatar, but this is 2 years ago - my first mesh head (Lelutka Erin) and my first mesh body (Ebody classic).

The second is my current look - Lelutka Lilly and Maytrea body.

It's crazy how often I changed looks, and I drop all the other looks and go straight to when I started using mesh heads. This is my first, it was Lindsay from some place named Filthy Skins.

Then I stopped using it because it was no expressions, no skins or makeup. I went to the LOGO Chloe head. I had used Slink hands and feet since they were new.

Same here, not enough makeup. So I started to use a mouth attachment that gave me a better mouth in profile. But the rest is the default head.

Then Nea S&R hybrid head.

Absolutely no makeup for it either.

Then TMP Classic Mesh head and body. Now there started to be third party skins and makeups. The TMP body did not last long. I bought Maitreya.

And Lelutka began with mesh heads. This is Stella, with static expressions.

Then came Lelutka Simone.... I used this for a looong time.

And Lelutka Lake. My head I can't give up, no matter what new heads that come.

I never bought a new body after Maitreya. It is wild how much I changed before mesh heads. New skins almost every week. But the modern mesh heads satisfy me so much that I don't need makeup. Before it was thick, heavy kohl and bangles to hide the ugly wrists.

Quite frankly... I had many more creative looks before. 😢

I wonder when I lost that? Was it less time in SL? Or did I stop being landless and use all my time on my avatar? Now I spend my time rezzing plants in my gardens, like I am some goddess of spring, and splurge on new houses and furniture.

And wear the same dress, shoes and hair for weeks.

I love this thread! But oh gosh, I don't even know how to approach this. My old pre-mesh days were filled with even more avatars than I've got now (when making them was a bit cheaper). I'd have to spam the entire thread to get all my fantasy looks in here, so I'll just stick with human ones, LOL. Lemme see...

Ok so I'll start with my old original main that I first made in 2005. I have NO idea what years these old photos are from - somewhere in the 2006-2010 range I'd guess.
