  1. I, also, buy in smaller quantities. The fee for those will still be 1.49.
  2. Oh, I'm agreeing with you. It's definitely fishy to some degree which is why I wondered why he bothered asking you for a pic in the first place. Anytime anyone asks for RL personal info upon first meeting is questionable in my book. We teach internet safety to our children as to sharing personal info with anyone. We, adults, should do the same.
  3. It was out of line for that women to question who you choose to date. Everyone has their own preferences in that area. Chubby, skinny, blonde, redhead, short, tall. I think RL marital status is also up to the individual. I'm married and in SL for reasons I'll disclose if I get close to someone. I don't make moral judgements about anyone and make my RL status quite clear. If someone chooses not to interact with me because of that, that's perfectly fine. I don't expect them to make a moral judgement about me either.
  4. Not sure then why he bothered to ask and shows he never bothered to even read your profile. Aside from that, what's wrong with an old pic? Unless you're dating with RL in mind down the road, at least you have a general idea what he looks like.
  5. If anyone asked for a.pic on a first date, I'd walk away but I'm also not looking for any type of RL hook up in the future. What you look like in RL is irrelevant to me.
  6. There's a video at the end of their marketplace ad. Basically, it wiggles with the animations made for it.
  7. I'm more confused than ever. You want a safety vest made? https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Meli-Full-Perm-Mens-Safety-Vest-For-OCACIN-MADO-ONUPUP-EDUS-IDEAL-BODY/14010951 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/67299
  8. Thanks for the clarification. It sounds like an interesting and fun job. I wish you luck!
  9. Cash out Lindens through LL is an easy process but requires additional ID to LL. People do it all the time. However, a lot of people do not want to provide this info to LL or do not have the required ID. Therefore, YOU paying the person in RL money might be preferable to some creators. Perhaps you should learn how things work before starting a business. Process credit (withdrawal) Net proceeds from your sales of Linden Dollars remain as credit on your Second Life account, and this credit is automatically applied to your account fees as described above. If you do not wish t
  10. What exactly is The Region? What type of events are planned? Is this a live music venue or a dance club? It seems like a lot to expect for 1000L a week ($4) especially when requiring them to pay for YOUR advertising out of that. By using their own pay to hire individuals do you mean they have to pay other employees out of their $4 a week?
  11. Also, many people may not want to provide the required ID to cash out Ls so getting paid in RL money would be preferable.
  12. Here's an ad right here in the employment section with prices per piece.
  13. You might want to read here. Some of the settings will refer to people with older computers and cards. https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/preferences_display_tab
  14. I rarely wait around for it even to load before I'm logged in.
  15. @Whirly Fizzleis this a known bug with firestorm? I've had the same issue off and on since downloading the newest FS.

  17. Morphing is sticking your SL face on a RL body for a truly creepy picture.
  18. Make sure the lip position section isn't set to smile. The section with closed lips, slightly open, smile.
  19. Isn't Portal.Park Linden owned land? That's why I thought asking might at least get as answer as to why. Guess not.
  20. The only thing I've worn for probably the last 10 or so years. Amazing Grace or Pure Grace.
  21. The Physics is the newest one. A lot of animations are made for it now. It, umm, moves in new and interesting ways. It's bento.
  22. I've actually started dropping notecards to creators who don't have demos available telling them they may have lost a potential sale. I don't know how much good it does but hey, can't hurt. Perhaps if more people did the same and with doctored photos too, they'd stop doing it.
