Sire Sands
We're going to revert to a house/home on the beach property beneath our skybox. It's been a few years since we shopped for an animated prefab home, and we're not sure who the best creators or makers are today. We enjoy Inverse, and looking for related makers. Thank you for any advice.. I can use the marketplace, but hoping to narrow my searches to the best home designers and builders. Doris Johnsky
Anna Erotica has beach houses that are low prim, well made, and REALLY inexpensive. They are NOT furnished, but they cost so little that you can add whatever you want, not to mention she has all that too. Sid Nagy
If you're in for the more unexpected tropical living you could try headhunter. My bed is in a ship wreck at the moment in SL. BTW, asking for a friend, are Ingrid's prefabs still a thing? Edited August 20, 2021 by Sid Nagy

Buy Ingrid’s prefabs! on a separate note to the OP Do not want to break any rules but we have a ton of mesh beach houses including furniture fatpack. There may also be a 50pct sale off the full inworld store this weekend so you will pay around 499 for a beach house and 299 for a furniture fatpack . I really hope I don’t get a smacked wrist for posting! Edited August 20, 2021 by Charlotte Bartlett 2

I really hope I don’t get a smacked wrist for posting! I think I got 2 homes and 2 packs of furniture recently and was overjoyed at what all.was.included at such a great price. I'm not currently using the homes but have put out several items from the furniture packs. Now I just need more land for more houses! 1
Ceka Cianci
I just bought a really nice tree house from LAQ Decor and put it on my beach.. I seen it somewhere before and looked it up on the MP and put it in my faves to not forget to get it later.. just had to have it, It's pretty big for a tree house too.. hehehe It's kind of expensive, but for me ,worth it.. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/LAQ-Decor-Serene-Tree-Windmill-Home/6876323

I am especially fond of their modern look. Most of the homes already mentioned are more "cozy". Not Diamandis, hehe, I said most of them... 😉 I got compliments on this house: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Cocoon-House-PG-100-Original-mesh/11512609 But they have cozy cottages and mansions too. Also Roost, the house I have used most: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/ROOST-Palm-View-House/9811902 Roost also have a "Lakeside" house if you prefer natural stone. Many houses there too. Neither of these houses are super new (2016 and 2017) but I have not seen much better... for me at least.
Marianne Little
Trompe Loeil is already mentioned, and has perhaps the largest selection, from ultra modern eye-turning houses to traditional. They also produce new houses several times a year, always something new. Reasonable prices.
Elysienne Nebula
Trompe Loeil - already mentioned twice before, but worth a 3rd mention.

Claireschen Hesten
Following Marianne's Roost recommendation i have this home https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/ROOST-Uplands-Fold-House-with-Deck/6228767 I currently use this Trompe build https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Trompe-Loeil-Cajsa-Modern-Cottage-PG-mesh/20300335 unless you specifically want the optional adult animated kitchen you are better off saving your L$ and getting the PG version
Waiomao
I'm currently living in a "Vanilla" by 1nnovation and have several home from inVerse and Trompe Loeil. If you like "Asian" themed places there's a lot to choose from at JPK, Su-Shi City, Tsunami, but IMHO the best are in Marketplace at Namuri. Rebourne have some pretty places. There are also places like Headhunter's Island and Bahia Tiki for folks who enjoy "tropical" themes.
