My region was restarted and never came back either.  I tried tping to 5 other places that said they were unavailable.

I was rubberbanding pretty good when I was on.. I haven't done that in a long time..

Then a dj came on the stream about their region being down and would let those that were on it know when it was back up..

I knew something was up then..

Useless comment:  I have seen Agni, Aditi, Aruna, Bharati, Chandra, Damballah, Danu, Durga, Ganga, Mitra, Mohini, Nandi, Parvati, Radha, Ravi, Siva, Shakti, Skanda, Soma, Uma, Vaak and Yami in SL Viewer grid selectors of days gone by.

I thought they had a group of regions nicknamed 'the canary islands' just for this.  I guess that practice ended.

The only one of my quick links that wasn't down was the Bellisseria fairground, so I'm taking the water taxi around some of the few surviving regions. It does have a very last survivor post-apocalyptic feel.

I'm in Bronlen right now. The map shows it as down, but I was able to walk into the region without problems. But I can't teleport into Bronlen. So the world is up, but teleports are broken.

Update: The map just cleared and I just teleported into Bronlen.

The region I logged into is on it's own. Feels like the Langoliers are on their way.

Seems regions are coming back up and the map is just lagging behind now, i'm seeing holes fill in.
