For me, it's mostly associated with PMS and insomnia. (The PMS is getting easier, the insomnia getting worse.) And the weird thing is . . . I never turn on the overhead light, cuz at 4am that would just feel . . . wrong. So I turn on the light over the stove instead. (I resist the temptation to just leave the fridge door open.) I'm sure there's some room for improvement here, but I'm pleased with the initial result.
