I know it is only SL, but I'm never sure what folks might also consider to be okay in RL. I was a smoker when my children were born, and while I did smoke in the house, I never smoked while directly interacting with them. Granted, it would have been better if I hadn't even smoked in the house, but we knew less about the effects of second hand smoke back then -- or at least we didn't acknowledge it as much as we do today.
