New MP issues? I guess it's a well known issue that sometimes "listed" items are not displayed on marketplace although they are active and visible if someone has a direct link to that "disappeared" items. I always fixed that issue by "unlist" those items and after some minutes set them to "listed" again. This worked fine for me so far. But since yesterday it happens, that new items (that I needed to fix as mentioned above) are shown up in marketplace for an hour and then "disappear" again. This bug is new to me. Has anyone the same issue?

I only have a tiny showroom in SL where I placed a demo pose stand for my offered fp animations on marketplace. Sometimes customers contacted me and asked me for custom animations. If our online time matches I usually invite them to my showroom to talk about their wishes. But when I am working at my building plattform above my showroom and recognize someone is trying out the demos, I dont disturb them. As others mentioned here already, some customers dont feel good, if the merchant starts an unwanted conversation. So I wait till they ask me for something.

How about actively visiting/exploring different places in SL? If I dont know what to do in SL or just in a lazy mood, I very often „browse“ through sims and explore them. And it really often happened to me that I met some friendly strangers there or sometimes the owner/creator of that sim and found myself having nice conversations with them. And some of those „random“ persons became good friends of me.

I really hope the release of SL Mobile will not lead to overcrowded places, where „mobile“ people are just standing around and doing nothing … And yes, I know that we have the same with people being „away“ actually today … but what worries me is that the number of inactive people will dramatically increase with the ability to access SL everywhere via mobile and eventually turn good hotspots in SL to laggy places ….

Awww, had that same feeling several times in the past years so I could imagine how you feel. When it happened to me, I usually turned my back on SL for some weeks and made a long list (offline) of things to do in SL for the time when I will be in the mood to come back. Well, this is my way to escape bordomnes in SL, but everyone has different methods, so I hope you will find your own way very soon.
