    I'm thinking it's got to be something like that, Because only i see it i just found out. I've asked a few friends and i appear fine to them, Not that it's ideal i'd like to see myself. But i haven't had any Firestorm updates recently, It was fine earlier today, I re-logged and this happened

    UPDATE: My skin is still fine and visible on Normal SL Viewer, It's just on Firestorm this happens it seems

    I have no idea what's going on, This is a weird one. So about a year ago, Maybe a little longer i brought a skin applier and applied it, Never been a problem. Never changed or messed with it. I recently got a new computer, Unfortunately with slightly weaker RAM less GB and reinstalled SL and had to redo my settings so maybe that's a factor, But i've been on for a few days with no issue until now. I logged in today and my torso skin was grey, Re-logged a few times and tried other copies of my body (Slink Hourglass) all copies with this Skin applied are grey. I removed Tattoo layers and everything and it wont fix, But here's the weirdest part, All other skin appliers work. It's only this one. But i didn't do anything to it, Or re-apply it, I've since redelivered it via SL Marketplace (Hime dream: Milk, Omega) But it's just not working anymore, I don't know if the owner/Seller did an update or something? Or maybe my viewer? (Firestorm, Now that i have Edge not Chrome) But it was a lot of work to get my head and neck blend tattoos to match, I'd really rather not change if i can. I really like this skin and have had it for a long time. Help pls!

    So i applied some makeup for Omega, To a MayReal Mesh Head using a Relay HUD. Sometimes it looks fine, Like when i Log in, And a few minutes later without my having done or messed with anything at all, It does stuff like this (Again, On it's own) Please advise! Thank you (This has been an ongoing issue with other Eyeliner Appliers in the past too, It's definitely not just this one)

    That might be it, i have lots of transactions and i cleared them. There's still paid messages in the chat but i think they're the old ones, i got a friend to type something new and relogged and nothing is coming up after it. So it's early to say but i think it's fixed now, Thanks everyone

    Thanks for replying, For some reason it's running much better today, at 51.0 i looked at help > Firestorm like you said and here's the info CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz (1795.92 MHz) Memory: 5940 MB do you think it's okay to try and download a more advanced version as you linked? It won't cause problems?

    For some reason in IM whoever i'm talking to if they ever gave me any linden over the years it's all appearing at once as the most recent thing, It just started doing this one day suddenly, maybe an update changed my settings? I put up with it for some time but is there a way to turn it off? It's not doing it with everyone i've had transactions with i think. But multiple people Example of how chat looks: Pete: Hello Pete payed you $L5 Pete payed you $L20 The "Hello" message would be new, but the pay was 2 different times in the far past, I have some friends where it lists $L1 $L2 $L1 Until their new message is disappeared off the top of the page, it's very annoying, I'll include a snapshot. Please help (Also it doesn't seem to show times that i paid them, if that info helps)

    I recently updated SL and since then every time i log in i get a pop up that says my graphics driver is very out of date (I'll include a picture) I've tried to update, and going to Intel's site, it all says i'm up to date (I have a second hand Acer laptop, Intel graphics 4000) The site had updates for Windows 7 and i'm on Windows 10 so i hope i'm not extremely outdated, i was already getting lag spikes but now trying to run SL my framerate was between 1.4 and 6.0, it looks like a slideshow and is hard to move. I asked some friends what they think and they both said my only option is to buy a better computer or driver, but i am not in a position financially to be buying things like that anytime in the near future. Is there anything at all that i can do? Thanks (Note: The rest of my computer and internet runs somewhat smoothly, i can't run more advanced games. But it's SL after the updates that changed my computer is the same, maybe i can go down an update or something? If there's a way)

    ...Okay i disconnected and reconnected the internet and seems to be working again, i didn't have to do all that extra stuff this time. But i'm still going to write a ticket and send it off while i can get on. In case this could be an ongoing issue

    Everything was fine all last night and today but just now it's cut me off, i was just sitting and IM chatting. I cant log back in or get on sites again, it took ages to do all that reset yesterday and to log back into everything. I thought it was over but is this going to be a frequent thing? Could it just keep happening Since i cant get on the site to write a ticket is there a equivalent in email form? Some kind of help email, thanks

    I threw everything at the wall to see what sticks. I ran full defrag, anti virus, cleared all cookies and passwords, reset laptop, turned modem and power off/on, and deleted the model from blender. I don't know what part of that did it but it's working again, the sites too, thank goodness. I was worried it was going to be a much bigger problem

    I don't use ad blockers, never have used one. i'm hoping maybe it's something with them that'll fix itself after some time has passed. But i can't even get on the page to write a ticket, i tried something more complex like the games on newgrounds, the rest of the internet is all working fine it's just sl related stuff

    I was importing an item off of blender into sl and the second i clicked upload it went to (not responding) on the top bar and after a moment closed, now i can't log in. i tried a few times and normal viewer, firestorm and black dragon and even with my alt account i cant log in. The weird thing is i can get onto here and sl market and browse sl market fine, but i can't click buy now, i thought maybe buying the import triggered a glitch in the linden and buying a cheap thing would update (i see at the top the money for the model import was taken) i can get on here, and my sl page and view stuff like partner, but not billing or transaction history. I diagnosed connection problem and it said my ends fine it's them not responding likely it's a problem on sl end but i can't get on the help page either, i tried to write a ticked for help and the ticket page isn't working (it just endlessly loads on these pages until it says not found) i ran defrag on my computer but all other sites like youtube and facebook are working fine so i dont think it's me, i would wait a bit as it's only been about an hour but i feel like this is maybe a big glitch or something and i want to get on it fast

    I'm not sure if it happens on foot but i've only noticed it on furniture. It's when i look around with a combination of Shift, Ctl, Ald and Mouse (Click and Drag) and Esc to reset Camera. I'm not sure what you mean by Presets but i've not changed any settings so it would be the default to Firestorm Viewer. This usually happens in tight spaces or near walls zooming in (By rolling the mouse middle button/wheel) Anyway, i'll do what you said and check the Preferences, that might be it

    It's something that's been bothering me for a while, sometimes when i'm looking around with the Camera it changes mode or something and becomes very hard to move having to drag the mouse more, everything looks kind of flatter also the camera wont pass through walls and objects in this mode it's zooms into them instead, like it gets stuck on them. I don't know how to describe it or what to type into a search for a solution, so i included a short video where i tried to capture the effect (Switching between the two modes) I'm using Firestorm Viewer in case that's important, please let me know if there's a way to disable this mode, thank you (Edit: Sorry about the poor image quality but the max file size allowed on here is really small, i had to keep shortening and compressing the video and convert it to Gif too. But i do think it's necessary because this is a visual problem)

    Hi, whenever i open SL Market (internally to SL) i am logged out, eveytime i close the window and come back i'm logged out again. I clicked the box that says "remember me" on the login page but it still happens. When i was reading reviews on an item every page of reviews 1, 2, 3 and so on was logging me out again for each page. Can you help please, thanks for your time

    I have attached a photo of a random resident, some people (Not all) started looking like this about a week or two ago and i don't know why. I've been one SL for about a year and never seen this (I am using Firestorm Viewer) I asked a friend and he said he sees it too, advised me to turn up all the sliders in my graphics setting but it didn't fix anything and made SL laggy so i changed it back. Please let me know if there's anything else i can do, thanks

    Great! I know it must seem like a lot of fuss for a bracelet, but i spent ages combing Sl market for it to complete the outfit i'm working on. And besides i think this is something i should know how to do for the future, thank you very much. ❤

    I bought a bracelet that i like the look of from sl market, but whenever i add it it just spews out particles. How do i turn them off (Not just for my view but for everyone, properly off permanently so it's just a bracelet) i've been all over Sl help site, forums, google and youtube. I can't find a clear answer (I suspect i need to put text into a new script, if that's the case can someone please give me what to copy/paste into it. Thanks)
