  1. I filed a JIRA issue, if you want to put a watch on it BUG-227797 - Active account not findable in web search, but can be found in legacy search
  2. Yeah that one's odd. I can see no reason why that name can't be found in web search. ALL accounts that are in an active state should be findable in web search. Account appears active & it's found in legacy search just fine. The only thing I can think of is there is a "banned" word somewhere in their profile, so it's filtered out of web search results. I can't see any obvious problem words though. There is nothing dodgy when translating the profile text either.
  3. I guess that explains this: BUG-227789 - Mulitiple issues with LH and property
  4. In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Help -> About Second Life. Click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information here. Can you attach a full screen screenshot showing that "Please find a system admin to upgrade Second Life." message. Thanks!
  5. Ok that makes sense that both those accounts are missing in search. Neither account is in an active state. If you check both their web profiles, they will show "This name is unavailable". Inactive accounts (deleted at users request or banned etc) will not show in search. They will however still show in the people picker - that you use to add to land/group ban list/allow list or when filing an AR.
  6. Do the 3 customers not found using your automated script have profiles flagged as adult?
  7. In Scotland, the C word is a term of endearment lol.
  8. I left you a reply on your JIRA issue too BUG-227790 - On Oct. , 19th, current year, I was "playing" with my outfits, trying new skins, etc on Gwangeo region . At a time I couldn't add or remove anything, avatar and HUD as well. I told myself that would be an update or something and I logged off. Your inventory is corrupted. Support can easily fix it so don't worry. Just to note though, since you are complaining it's taking too long to get fixed, if you were a premium account, you would be able to use Live Chat & get this fixed immediately.
  9. Hmm doesn't look like that bug but the image is tiny. Would i be possible to post a screenshot of the inworld scene looking correct together with the saved image showing the problem?
  10. Is it this bug? BUG-227731 - In high-resolution snapshots, the image appears broken up in segments (tiling in snapshots) If not, can you post an image of an affected snapshot?
  11. Yeah that's the error message you get if you have been hardware banned or your IP has been banned by Linden Lab. If you do get banned by LL then they will always send you an email telling you this - check your spam folder to make sure you didn't miss it. Sometimes these bans, especially the IP bans can give false positives, especially if you are connecting through a university network or at an internet cafe etc. You should file a support ticket with Linden lab to see what's going on if you believe you shouldn't have been banned or received no notification of a ban - see https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000131009-contact-support
  12. Never seen that error before myself but a quick Google indicates it can because caused by antivirus software or malware on the system. This page seems quite helpful: https://www.howto-connect.com/fix-err_ssl_version_interference-chrome/
  13. Exclusive to who? People with more money then sense? lol
  14. This should work. What happens when you try? Shapes have no IP - you can export whatever shape you are wearing regardless of the permissions.
  15. You could contact Linden Lab support & ask them to give you your "dwell" information. Dwell is record of exactly where you were and when. I have no idea if support would be willing to give you this information though but it's worth a try. https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000131009-contact-support
  16. What's the exact wording of the error message you get when login fails? If it is ''Login Failed. Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer." then you have been banned by Linden Lab. Sometimes this can be a false positive though. If this is the error message you get then all you can do is to contact Linden Lab support to see what the problem is. https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000131009-contact-support
  17. Also, you could detach via inventory & then just hit the delete key to send the attachment to trash.
  18. I agree with Alwin. While those features would be handy, the risk of accidental inventory loss is too great. People often don't check their trash folder before emptying it. It's way too easy to misclick on 'detach and delete' instead of detach.
  19. Oh I thought that one was fixed. I think LI was flagged for being too close to Loli.
  20. I was having the same evil thought for "rezz" & "LI" lol
  21. In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Help -> About Firestorm. Click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information here.
  22. Are you only having this problem in a certain location? If so it may be this "bug" - though technically it's not a bug: BUG-9439 - When certain objects are rezzed, they cause other nearby objects (including default prims) to render invisible If it's only happening in one particular location, please can you post the SLURL. If it's happening everywhere, in the top menu bar of the viewer, go to help -> About Firestorm, click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information here.
  23. That makes sense for Converse, Tiffany & Eames. But what about leg & like? Both those words were on the new naughty words list. Possibly Leg(o) & like was too close to Ikea? lol
  24. If you have the animation UUID, you can download the animation directly from the CDN & reupload it with yourself as the creator.
  25. Process of elimination using your text in a MP listing.
