Hi Simonmh To login to Phoenix, use simonmh in the firstname box & Resident in the lastname box. Your full name on Phoenix is simonmh Resident. Hope that helps

Yes, your profile in Viewer 2 is just your web profile page displayed within the viewer. Im looking at your profile now on Phoenix ( old V1 profiles ). I see your list of groups only on the 2nd life tab ( no picture & no about info) I still see your interests & Picks I see a photo & info in the 1st life tab.

If the AO is Mod, try right clicking it, going into edit, then Tools ->reset Scripts in selection

Please try this to get your avi loaded 1st. Bring up advanced menu with CTRL +ALT +D. Advanced ->Character -> Character tests -> Test female or male If this doesnt work, then make up a folder containing a skin, a shape, a bald hairbase & some eyes (non Prim) & right click this folder & REPLACE outfit. That should then go on & allow your avi to rez. If you have trouble doing this, please contact the Phoenix Support Group inworld & they will pass you an avatar folder to fix you. Hope this helps

Looks like it may be artefacts, a problem with some ATI cards/drivers. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Tick Custom -> Hardware options -> Untick enable VBO
