There is a known performance problem with EEP viewers. JIRA issues: BUG-226381 - [EEP] Low FPS on the Test DRTVWR-440 EEP project viewer This was fixed then regressed so many times that I lost count - no idea if it's still open internally but it isn't fixed. BUG-228821 - Occasional Freeze in Post-EEP Viewers

So I showed your post to the Firestorm developer who coded the AO. She said the change in behaviour your are seeing is real. This is because in Firestorm 6.3.9, there is a fix for animations double-starting or looking differently on your own viewer vs. other people. It now behaves exactly like a script based AO does. It requests the animation from the region and the viewer only sees it when the region comes back with the "start motion" call. This is susceptible to region ping time. But the AO itself is of course still viewer based. Edit: Zi beat me to it

Yes this is correct. That's why Firestorm blocks using Restore to last position on no copy items.

I have no idea where you got this information from but it's incorrect.

I just saw this thread. Your system has this bug: VWR-29357 - Scene is mostly pink with viewer update- 3.3.4 (262321) July 26, 2012 - ATI cards This pink world happens on systems with AMD/ATI graphics, when your graphics drivers are very out of date. If your system is OEM, it may have locked OEM drivers, which means that you will only be able to update your driver directly from the laptop manufacturers website. You can use the AMD driver autodetect tool to update your drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-56 if you are not sure which is the correct driver for your card. This autodetect tool should also tell you if you need to update the driver from your PC makers website instead. Once your driver is updated, this problem with most things looking pink should be fixed. If you are having problems getting your driver updated, then aother workaround used to be to Basic Shaders under Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced. However, since EEP, you can no longer disable basic shaders. If you use Firestorm Viewer, you are still able to untick Basic Shaders in graphics preferences though (for now).

I may be wrong but I think Kyle is viewer QA lead only. I'm not sure who is server QA lead now - Caleb? I think the decision of which server channel gets promoted lies with Product (or Oz) rather then any of the QA Lindens. -

Marketplace listing process/editing appears to be broken
Whirly Fizzle replied to Arwen Serpente's topic in Merchants
Without steps to reproduce the problem, it can't be fixed. Providing an image attached to your JIRA issue (when you file it) that shows degradation when uploaded to the marketplace is the best thing to do. Is anyone else seeing image quality problems when adding images to their listings? -

Whirly Fizzle replied to Arwen Serpente's topic in Merchants
I can't reproduce this. Can you upload an image to an image sharing site that looks fine (and share the image link) but gets degraded when you upload it to the Marketplace? -
Did you still get disconnected when you were using your cellular connection? Do you also get disconnected when using an alt account? It's possible your main account has an inventory issue which can cause login to time out which will result in disconnection soon after login or you will get fully logged in but when your inventory fetches in the background it can cause a disconnect.
