It could be the version of ARP you are using. I have used the "Hashim" version and run into the refresh error. Now I use the "older" one and have *never* run into the refresh "error" page even once with timer set to 70 seconds since using it: I also use the BRAVE browser, not Chrome, so the page loads faster and cleaner also (no tracking and Google code injected that slows down things). This looks identical to the LL Homes DEMO region they first displayed. Definitely look like SLRR tracks and one clue is at the end in to lower-right: clearly a road-crossing segment. Whether they will continue the line in that direction is an unknown, unless whatever is under that square prim is a station of some sort. So theory: A rail line (Light rail?) that eventually goes to a station that is within walking distance of the "park area" where the "community center" is located and access to main water thoroughfare. I'm willing to bet RL dollars that there will be a new LL Homes continent placed between Bellisseria and Jeogeot (or other type continent, or expansion of sorts of Bellisseria, etc.) So it makes sense that the open-space water regions from Bellisseria to Jeogeot are plain-jane and boring, they may be plucked up for (or dropped-on with) new virtual land. My hypothesis is based on @Patch Linden stating that Bellisseria is only the beginning (and if I recall, like only 15 to 25% of the big picture) and there will likely be a lot more "themes" coming and I don;t see a lot of room on Bellisseria for them. It would make sense to create a "fantasy" continent for fantasy-ish style theme, or maybe the other types like Tahoe-style and Asian-style... whatever, I'm thinking aloud here... don't turn your back to m... Mainland or private estate? If private estate have the estate manager check that Day Cycle is actually turned on (it's a simple toggle) - it could be they turned it off to do some landscaping or other work and forgot to turn it back on. If it's mainland, submit a ticket.

Yes and no. Though the *easiest* way to handle bad neighbors or unsightly builds is to *move* to a new location. Drop-dead easy to do and if planned accordingly, costs NOTHING, even sometimes making a profit. I genuinely people are not being driven away from mainland because they are note leaving mainland; they are leaving SL or otherwise moving locations as I describe previously. The only people to "leave mainland" are those who are downgrading their account away from Premium and then either moving in with their significant other, not maintaining a home at all, or plopping some $L for a rental for a week and then begin the rental-estate-hop.
