A little bit off topic but does somebody know where to find the hedges used on the Newbrooke sims? They're not in the content pack (unless I haven't seen them) and only Moles are listed as creators. I looked on mp but haven't noticed anything similar.

Hi everyone can someone tell me where ppl are getting the dark gray tile in some of the Newbrooke homes it's very pretty.

Is it mine you mean? It is from DT * Polished Granite Floor.

I bought from the Marketplace and used it on a prim that I flattened. It has many grey to black tones. I have been looking everywhere for something cheaper - but that granite floor looks so much better than others I have seen.

Working on exterior of the Heaton.

Have no idea when interior will start. It's not my main house so I have time to think it through.

If anyone can guide me to where I can find an animated (water flowing) faucet/spigot of a fountain I'd be grateful. None of the fountains I own have the right type I'm looking for or I'd just take one of those apart.

I used the THS sphere water feature- it has a great sound. I made a courtyard in that middle space with the five windows & centered it there. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/THS-SPHERE-WATER-FEATURE-NATURAL-STONE-Sphere-fountain-ball-fountain-globe-fountain/21839556 I hope MP links are allowed- I never remember rules as well as I should. Someone yell at me if they aren't & I'll delete it.

Thank you. I actually saw that one and wondered if it was good or not. Always hard to tell in Marketplace pix. Took a chance and it is perfect once I took off the bottom square piece!

I've slowly been deciding what to do with my Newbrooke parcel. I just love hanging out in my new home. I feel serene and calm here. I'm not sure, but I think it's the sound effects along with having a much less cluttered landscape.

I wanted an island of green at my front door. I love this lemon tree I found. Makes me want one outside my RL door.

I have berries and veggies in the back.

It seems that this Roost kitchen is being used by many. I love how versatile it is that even though many of us are using it, it doesn't look the same in each house.

nb1_004.jpg.16fc8956eb34be91e082ff1a0f33cae1.jpg

In keeping with the serene feeling, I wanted to create a spa like bathroom.

nb1_005.jpg.bee1b64a039adc7fa73765836be09e70.jpg

So I made a "wet" side and a "dry" side all in greys with some wood and wicker thrown in with green plants to warm the place up.

This is still very much a work in progress. I honestly think this is my favorite of all the themes so far.

I just finished decorating my Newbrooke--the Gatewood model.1648747597_NewbrookeHouse.jpg.de03f80eb1579cfc6472bdabddf53fe1.jpg

I love the ability to put a small house on a 1024 lot and have plenty of room for a garden.716620344_Newbrookegarden_004.jpg.31763f3f1c06238ab749e18094921851.jpg

The interior is still roomy.1797352573_Newbrookeentryway.jpg.8b79d6c2ef82b3f29fbaf8f9c9a97004.jpg

There is only one room with a door, so that's my bathroom.1082458789_Newbrookebathroom.jpg.616cf5371a163252a0bcf5932ac52b1b.jpg

The bedroom and balcony are upstairs.1336972822_Newbrookebedroom.jpg.ce3a52af1cbe51a9094d8108c7611d8b.jpg 1679798404_Newbrookebalcony.jpg.5cd983810b25eb8d27ebfa83e59c8b43.jpg

I like the design of the house. That said, I'm not sure how long I'll hold on to this one. I tend to prefer a more forested environment to a suburb.

I am getting so much inspiration from the pics here and I really would like to know where I can purchase the pergola, please? LOL

@Annie NovaI am loving what you did with the bathroom. I am getting so many ideas from that. ❤️ May I ask where the shower head on the wall came from? I am looking for something simple like that so I can add my own shower surround that matches the room.

I think this was meant for Blush LOL.

Wow !!  Mission accomplished with your serene goal and that spa bath is mmmmmy favourite… although it wasn’t an easy choice.  The whole place has a spa resort feeling ❤️

The pergola is a WIP. I've just thrown together some prims and tinted them. Once I get them actually "done" I'll probably put it in my shop as a dollarbie for everyone to just come by and pick up.

That shower head jump started my idea. It was such a lucky find. I got it at Soy. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Soy-Shower-Unit-PG-addme/21011639

New living room details Newbrooke

Replacing the "Bamse Architecht" corner with a  Fancy Decor Visser wine cabinet and two Ellis consoles.
A bit more editing like removing shadow from the middle cabinet and adding a board under them to bind it together, and tinting the wine console for better matching.
"Cavas Painting - Freebie!" from the Marketplace has Shadow and UV maps so I could make the free artwork from Pixabay look good. https://pixabay.com/users/layers-245306/

I don't know where I got that white canvas texture, it has been sitting on my computer for so long.

New living room details Newbrooke

The rest of the living room got a sofa I like better, and I found a super pretty succulent bowl from Loft & Aria hidden in my inventory. I have too much stuff.

Before you tell me I am so clever for making something new out of the Fancy Decor cabinets, the idea is 100% stolen from the latest Roost demo house. Unlike others, it is furnished and if you want to find ideas for modern furniture, maybe take a trip there. Roost has a fixed landing point, but teleport to 'Ridley Heights' House from the board. https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Roost/153/140/27?_gl=1*1adrizq*_ga_T7G7P6DCEC*MTY0NzE4MTk2Ni4xOTEuMS4xNjQ3MTgyNzc4LjUw
