Im running a small and miniscule hangout spot, also with a fixed landing point set up. Because i dont want anyone to land where the logout or the last teleport was. It happened to me too often, someone was landig directly on my head, when i chilled on a public beach in a sun lounger, for example. Well, as its just a quarter sim, where the most part is water, and flying is allowed, the fixed landig point shouldnt bother a lot. No ads, no tip jars, no vendors.

What help? If you just rent a parcel, you never will be able to set up ban lines for the whole region. If that would be technically possible, you could ban my friends from my parcel, too. No thanks If you are ok with ban rights on your parcel only, get one of that 1/4 sims you can find everywhere. Count Burks has a lot of beautiful ones, German Land Holding, too... All of them have about 1500 prims, and cost around 2K Lindens a week.

Jeez, all you have to do is to be patient. And be glad, you will get one one day. RL is even more cruel... Buy a cellphone - one year later its outdated by a new model. Buy a car - maybe it gets a facelift months after you got your one. Buy clothes - the ones from last year dont follow the current fashion trends that well anymore. Buy groceries - despite the fact you go to the store 3 times a week, they might run out of onions, and they didnt hold some back for you. ^^

The deletion is not even the last resort, if that is the one and only action taking place. Like you said already, the temptation will always be there. The higher the fence and the sharper the shiny barb wire is, someone has to build around that drug/SL, the more it will remember you what waits behind that barrier. And in a weak moment there is just a need for a ladder and a blanket... We all are in this second world for a good reason... Whatever it is, i would recommend Anara to try to get in RL what she had in SL. Maybe not to the full extend, because in most cases its just not possible. Speaking for myself, i cant have a green SL paradise island in in RL. But i´ve put a lot of effort into having a terrace at least, stuffed with a lot of plants, flowers and nice lights/candles.

Guilty! But there is about 100 meters of open water between each parcel. No one complained yet ^^ It can already be hard enough to deal with RL things you cant change at all - Thats why i personally chose a place to live in SL, where some rules are applied, to prevent me having to deal with things in here, too. There are rules like a skybox has to be at 1K meters or higher above sea level, no skyscrapers, maybe even restricted to a beach theme only. Works for me.

Any news on this topic? A few weeks ago i posted "everything ok with my homestead parcel", but since one week im struck with a script run of 50% and a ping up to 5 seconds. Not to mention, i cant even move, chat or click anything, sometimes. It took me over one hour to use the environmental search, having a look at all the script times running on that region, but found nothing suspicious. Is there a way to wake up some Linden employees, maybe by tagging them? Who is the technician? @Caleb Linden maybe? This thread is weeks old and it seems not to be solved by doing nothing. Well, at least i had a laughter this morning, when i got the recent Sansar news, telling me proudly about the new super feature in 2019: "you able to jump and crouch now in Sansar." *facepalm*

Thats what i do constantly. If my car breaks down and needs a expensive repair, i will most likely order a pizza instead of a carpaccio, accompanied with a salmon filet when entering a italian restaurant afterwards.

Thats true, but there are some people who are still not satisfied with 1K of square meters. Thats why you can rent/buy up to a whole region.

I really dont know a lot about eyes at all, because im quite satisfied with the GA.EG eyes i bought for my head from the same brand, but even that eyes you can modify in every possible way. Resizing the pupil and the iris separately, resize the whole eyeball, let them pop out from the skull if necessary, change the angle of where the eyes are looking at, change the color of the pupil, iris, eyeball and the reflection. And a few more other things, if i remember correctly.

I would love to give you the whole pile of my unused or mispurchased "standard sizes" and even fitmesh clothes, and im sure, others would do the same, but in general its all no transfer. Small? Once i used to wear a group tag saying "Normally sized" But still, there is some truth to it. There are supermarket shelfes you cant reach that easy in RL, but you can use workarounds like asking someone for help, jumping, throwing something at the desired product or stepping onto the bottom shelf.
