The two parcels of land on that island are really nice. While the lots don't directly touch the water. They are definitely workable for rezzing a boat on your land and pushing it into the water. It might be returned to the queue or renamed by the new owner sometime, but I would check to make sure it's really in maintenance before assuming it's available by looking at the urls I posted on the world map. Those chalets are now "Linden Home" and available. There's a water rez zone nearby that you can't see in the photo, but the really cool thing about this parcel is that it faces a walkway that has a line of trees in it. It looked to me as if the ones bordering the Logs were the most recent. Am I wrong? Are there new Stilts appearing?
