Make sure you type the Login Name -- not a Display name -- of a person you want to add to the access list. Then click "Submit". Next, make sure you click on "Use List". The approved list of names will pop up in the Nearby Chat window. This makes sure that the name has been added. Hope this works for your partner.

Just in case, here is another favorite flower tropical hibiscus by Reid Parkin. Look for Copy/Mod versions who are 85L but only Li1. Flowers come in pots or bushes. You can always get the pot ones and unlink them. I use these just about anywhere.
