The 36 Li cottage from Trompe Loeil might work as a Newbrook 2nd floor add-on. It's only $L 88 and is modifiable, so you could change the textures to match the Newbrook homes. The crib and bunk bed were rather large, but being mod, I was able to reduce their size and LI and the animations still work fine. Crib and Bunk bed is 9 LI together, reduced in size by 1/3 they are now 7 LI together, these are separate pieces. Crib is $555L. Changing table is 5 LI. I'd recommend ignoring the garish colors provided in the HUD as you can easily tint the white cushions.
