I can recommend this one. You can play it and it's only 2li. You can try it at her store first. It's on the "furniture" section, if I remember correctly. There's a TP board right at the landing point.

The harp I have is from Port Royal Designs.  It comes with 2 classical pieces that can be played.  I think I got it a Ren. Faire booth the first summer I was here, back in 2014, but it also is on MP (with a link to see it inworld as well).. 

It is a higher LI than the one recommended above, but I do like all the detail on the one I have, and it holds up well even with a moderate LOD setting.  I would check both out and see which one suits your needs best

I finally got my library done the way I wanted it:

1.) lighter wood: I took the "LH - Victorian - Interior Floor Light Wood Texture" out of the texture pack, set it to rotate degree 90 at the sides horiz 5.0 vertic 2,5 - at the back degree 0 horiz 6 vertic 3 -  2.) The cushions I took the Library Burlap and tinted it darker with grey 128/128/128 makes a coacoa brown - horiz 5 vert 5 3.) added a nice beige carpet I picked up at @Peony Swee*****er's store, lApple Fall Atelier Pendant Lamp and from my favourite Gacha  series by 8f8 - Storyteller's Burrow - Old armchair

Yes that is attached to it. It was a whole series also with bookshelves all nicely animated I used them in my former homes a lot.

She could, but like @Blush Bravin I usually build something for myself first (and I have an Adams house). In order to build for other styles I'd need to get my alt back up to premium to catch another house to build around. It's not impossible. Coincidentally, back when I had a Trad in Donovan I did actually make a porch that wraps almost all the way around a Winchester, only it had no rails; https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/436002-bellisserians-show-off-your-home-and-garden/?do=findComment&comment=1962478. It could be modified/redone I guess?

I was perusing cheap curtains on the MP.  Grabbed these without reading the Land Impact details on the right side --- I mean, really how bad could LI be for a freakin simple set of curtains?  Luckily they only cost me L$1.  I was truly blown away when I rezzed them and saw the LI count and then saw the Mesh figures.  This is a single mesh item, not multiple items in a linkset.

 

When you scroll in close in Edit mode -- the number of triangles just totally astounds me (and I know very, very little about mesh creation):

Yet another pre-owned spot I stumbled upon playing Game of Homes! So pretty and it's right next to one of the train stations too! Can't wait for the trains to be operational! I honestly think the camper landscapes and roadways/rivers are my favorite now. That was a surprise!

Saturday is the day to take care of the garden ...

I like watches ... and the multiple time of the parallel universe of SL, so I put this one in my garden, so that through it can be see the sky and the sea.

This is the third decoration I make in the garden, and I was able to put my black swan to swim a little in the lake that I made especially for him, although there is also a fish there.

What I like most about this house is the view of the open sea, and the isolation provided by the huge space that exists if we add the garden, the street with two lanes, and the beach with an extension of lawns and sand before reaching the sea water.

it is a privilege to own this place, to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy this peace made of pixels ...!

@heartzwhim yes i was not a swimming pool is a lake for fish and swans, but it can become a swimming pool with small adaptations
