The location for my house, where the creek is, is here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/North Waddling/182/249/23
Anybody interested is welcome to have a look. There is no security orb in the parcel.

I used the water from this package for the creek's end ponds:

And this package has all the necessary items to make the creek with flowing water:

Skye's building sets have been a staple for me for years. They are pricey but you really get your money's worth with them.

I bougt some garden- arrangements from Two Moon one of them "Hidden Heather" contains running water. I got that in the last sale for 399 L$. Did not yet try to install that in Bellisseria, but you gave me ideas. ;)

What you see in the picture is when I rezzed it in a sandbox and unlinked it to use the single plants in my garden. Some of his stuff has bad LOD but most is very good for the price!

Geez not for $1250L LOL and oy, the prims!

Actually I have one of their Continental add on's but for the Winchester it's way more than I want or need. I'm using it for the beach house on the sandy lot and I want to keep as much of the land open as possible. I just want a porch lol - but thank you for looking! :)

Does anyone know if there was a wrap-around porch ever created for the Winchester similar to the one for the Continental that Blush did?
I thought there had been but maybe not? I have already purchased a lot of add-on's but don't seem to be able to come up with one. I'm not talking about the front/side balcony that Marianne and others including Fayed made - I have a desire for one that goes all along the house and all I find are ones that are the full front and 1/2 of only one side of the house. Just not enough!

I see tons of folks using this one, but I don't remember how the pieces are.  So I don't remember if you can pull off the extra room, if you don't want it.  However, she gives her Linde Home SLURL so you can go check it out.  I've have this in my favorites for a while, debating whether or not I want it.

Note that it only wraps 3/4 roughly - not on the room add-on side.  Also, I just noticed that it is not roofed all the way around, like I was thinking it was.  Confusing the various add-ons in my mind.

ETA:  I also just now noticed that you had specifically mentioned the FAYED stuff - though not sure if you were only talking about that front balcony piece or also her room add-on with wrap patio.  Nothing like responding after only reading a sentence or two.  oops

For info if others don't know:  Edit the item, clicked the checkbox to edit linked parts (whatever that is called) and then arrow through.  That will tell you what the individual pieces are -- you can only tear apart down to individual pieces.

I find their stuff to be too primmy because it contains lots of prim pieces rather than creating a large mesh component to replace many of the prim parts.  Granted, I think I only have one of their add-ons, but that was my note to myself about the one that I have -- not the one linked above.

Yep. I think I used the one I have for about 1/2 a day and took it down. It was kind of "meh" anyway.

IDK, I have lots of various railings/terrace and patio parts and several builds from creators that are easy to rip apart, so if I have time this weekend maybe I'll attempt it myself.

I have that one, but I want something similar to Blush's Continental wrap around:

I'm kind of surprised she never made one for the Winchester. Paging @Blush Bravin ! White courtesy phone Blush Bravin LOL

@RaeLeeH Made an almost full wrap-around for the Adams:  https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/RAE-Bellisseria-Adams-Porch-v22/18210176

I wonder if she ever considered making one for the Winchester.

I can rip things apart and put things together, but I haven't attempted roofs yet.  Not sure my skills are quite to that point yet.

Please share this script! 🤞

The solution I use involves a switch item that sends a command region wide to every listening light and tells it to run it's on/off state. It can also adjust amount and color of light.

Based one:

vector pos = llGetSunDirection();

If 'pos.z' is less than 0.1 and there's an avatar in the parcel, it switches on the lights. This is based on 'region' sun, not your windlight...

- but this means every single light has a script that interprets the command and decides which face of itself goes 'glow/fullbright', how powerful of a light it can be, and whether or not to obey the color request (so I don't have candles going green...). So every destination object has a script that is... a bit too large for mass reproduction...

I never made one because I didn't think it would really benefit the use of the home since it already has a nice front porch and the upper level balcony/deck. Also, I typically don't make something unless it's not already available and I want it. I've never made things just to make them to sell them. Everything I make is first made for my own use. At the time I started making wrap around porches for my LHs there was already a nice add-on that included a wrap around porch with room attachment for the Winchester.

Last November I was very lucky to get a Houseboat in Sirens Rock, a sim with lots of open water and only 5 Houseboats, with a terrific view of an island with

a Lighthouse and a rezz zone !  I usually always have my WL set to noon,  however I love the sunset from the top deck :)

Decorating a Houseboat with a big open space was a challenge, but I'd love living in a  Houseboat

like the Windlass in RL !
