Sylvia Tamalyn
I love the Fishtown one, Pussycat! That has a lot of character to it, and I'm not just talking about the mountain (which I don't mind).

Hi Laurelrose, the curtains are from OPI mesh curtains and pillows - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/IceDragons%20Playpen/136/139/21. They're called "Crochet Lace Curtain for KItchen - 2 sided".

May I ask where it is from? Thank you, and it's by Madras. Name of it is "Aish Mirror Black/Gold" The creator used to be known as Mesh India. I got it last December and I seem to remember it came from one of the shopping events, it's bundled with other objects (fireplace, tools and other decor). Not sure if it's still available but may as well go see!
Hendrix Portal
I love my new backyard. To the right of the photo is a rocky hill, atop which sits the Red Hook train station. Yay!
Leora Jacobus
@Pussycat Catnap That is difficult to decide!! The actual location of the boat (microkosmos) is much better in Fishtown but it is a sort of artificial cloned atoll that is near to very ugly mainland. So I think I would prefer Lollipop since that backs the Pickle Island (macrokosmos) that to my taste is the very best bit of landscaping in all Bellisseria.
Pussycat Catnap
@Leora Jacobus I abandoned lollipop ending that issue. It too is a bit of a clone along that western coast but I had a sense of attachment to it... now... I ended up with a choice between fishtown and a plot in Coral Bay just near fishtown... Fishtown is probably superior but held by an alt... Hard to say... I went sailing... I found I could go for many regions with almost no coast in site from that area, avoiding much of mainland. One problem with fishtown is three G rated water regions north of it...

I don't like Mount Pyri, but it is a great difference between having it "in your face" as the focal point, compared to "over your shoulder" as you have it in Fishtown. Mount Pyri becomes more like an exotic backdrop when you have other boats and houses between you and it. Besides, the Fishtown location isn't in a row, but end of line. And the houseboat you prefer, is turned so you have perfect view from the upper deck. No other boats between you and the open sea. And a lighthouse as your neighbor, lighthouses is so rare. 😍 You can do searching for a location you like now, on your main. Maybe you get a houseboat in Residentia or Babble, with view to a lighthouse. Or Humansville.
Blush Bravin
It's taken me awhile to get one of my homes to the point that I'd like to share some photos. That's because I now have two Victorians and a new Traditional. LOL .. so much to do - so little time! Here's the first located in a lovely spot in Abrus. I ended up doing quite a bit of gardening with this home because it has a driveway, which I wasn't expecting but now with the added fencing and plants I'm really quite happy with it. The backyard got a little bit of TLC but not as much as the front. I had to save a bit of space for my new little dog. She's so cute running around in her jammies! The kitchen and dining is just the right size in this home with room for a working table with stools as well as a nice dining set. Just down the hallway you'll find the doors to the bedroom and bath but it's also the perfect spot for my computer desk. The bedroom is serene with its view to the sea and the soft sounds of crashing waves. I used the other room for my bathroom.... but the room was so large I decided to add a dividing wall and included not only a closet but a laundry area as well. My home is furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furniture. It all works because this is a lovely vintage home ready to step into the 2020s.

This is like an improved Adams or Alderley. And nooks and wall space around. I haven't seen the shower in the last image before. I am desperatly trying to find bathroom furniture I haven't uses in the other homes I have decorated. I love the look of it. Marianne Little
This is pure indulgence, posting many pictures of the same room. I thought Hardy should be so difficult, but it's like a breeze to decorate it. While I am kind of stuck with the Verne. This is how I like to decorate, putting in many things. I have exactly 30 Li left, and one room left upstairs. I have not removed other things than Christmas decor. I have replaced things - like another chair, new lamps and things to replace the Christmas decor. So the rooms are still packed with stuff.
Coby Foden
Back to houseboat. Yay! 😂 First I gave up my houseboat in the Pickle island. Then I took Victorian house, decorated it fully in and out. Stayed there few days but it didn't feel like home. I gave it up. Played a bit the house games. I got: Traditional house, houseboat, another traditional house, camper and finally again houseboat which I will keep until I get restless again. 😉 It seems that at the moment I like the best my very first traditional house (which I will keep "forever"), and then this alt grabbed houseboat.
