Only if you assume that the same sea of flowers appears every year.  If each year is more glorious than the previous one, it is unprecedented.  ;)

Good point Maddi.  Do I look better if I say that I copied and pasted that quote (and didnt notice the discrepancy) or that I wrote the line and didnt know better?
