I would fully expect creators especially those just starting out to use the NUX dev kit if only as a stepping stone towards getting devkits' for bodies from other creators. The body isn't going to be a system Av 2.0 which no one wants it will be more like the current crop of mesh bodies which will help with new user retention

There probably isn't time to do it this year. If LL did it next year I'm certain they wouldn't monetize it as in pay per egg or X number of eggs. The Fancy Decor/Kraftwork kitchen I seem to remember it includes two separate prims with animations one for the sink and one for the hob I don't use them but the marketplace description says it has props too

Unless the lingerie is made to go with the outfit or what you're wearing is generously sized, mesh lingerie is generally a no go for the reason you've shown. for everyday wear I only use BoM I have some nice sets from Glitzz, as an aside if you do use BoM which not enough people do based on my observations if someone does derender your clothes or you take time to render to someone you won't have your bits on full display.

The same could be said about the caravans or rather camper as LL chooses to call them. I live within half a mile of 4 caravan parks what LL offers isn't like what I see locally as a caravan. Am I narked about it? No, I accept that's how LL have chosen to present them. As for the houseboats the newer styles are closer to what I see on converted boats on the coast where I live just without the unappealing for Bellisseria ramshackle cobbled together looking appearance

Commercial activity is not allowed in Bellisseria I would take that to include Casper boxes. Infact the covenant states you can't use your parcel for storing Dropboxes
