If it is possible to re-deed the land to a group your tenant owns they will get pretty much full control over the land they could sell it and keep the proceeds if they have disabled group accounting for all but their owner role abandon the land to Gov Linden or even use the group to buy more land. It's a bad idea to do this. as far as i'm aware Horizons parcels command a premium sale price as they are double primmed If your tenant really needs to set all their objects to their own group they would be better off renting from a private estate or going premium and buying their own mainland

People that IM you and then proceed to ask a whole raft of questions about your RL and skew the conversation to RL when you try to chat about SL because you don't want to reveal personal information, no stranger needs to know your RL age/name/occupation so you make something up or use your SL. had it with someone new to SL

I believe Ctrl + Alt + Shift + P enables property lines and shows what's inside yours and others parcels i have them on all the time helped me to see my neighbour was encroaching my parcel just a little bit i returned their objects the first time, suggested they enable the property lines so there wasn't any further encroachment but the re--rezzed stuff has a tiny area of encroachment much less than before. If the item is 'invisible' Ctrl + Alt + T will highlight all transparent items if you use it with property lines you'll see if anything transparent is encroaching

I think 3 would be best it's got great brows highlights and shading in all the right places, 2 the skin is too flat on the face and body, 1 i like the skin tone even if it looks like slightly too much loose setting powder was used but not the brows if i was going for it i'd want the brows of 3

I was of the impression that everything on the beta grid was a copy of main grid and it wasn't possible to buy/own land, unless someone knows better. i've seen scores of plots "for sale" on beta but the only active sims i can find don't have any land for sale

Must be a server problem or something else at LL's end logged a couple of alts in to my home sim skin and alphas not working on either and the Firestorm support group just reported grid wide issues with baking going in to edit appearance mode did sort it

This. I don't know what you're trying to make your display name but viewing on my phone apart from the first two characters the rest are just blocks and that's all many will see inworld. if someone shows user/display names and they can't read your display name they'll refer to you as the name they can read. I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds fancy unicode irritating it can make it impossible to figure out what you're trying to call yourself

I use an Akeyo AO it has a dance option & dances built in and you can invite people if you buy any animations from the store while wearing the HUD they'll automatically be configured in to the HUD

Which brand is the body? some brands also do mesh heads or they offer a complete body with head that you may or may not be able to remove If you are after a female head check out the recommendations in this recent thread

Whenever i start getting tired of the home i'm currently using i start looking for a new one for convenience i will use the furniture already rezzed from the previous home getting rid of anything i can't make fit. with having extra prims to play with i have added additional decor items such as lights and shelves, clutter & furniture like a dining table and have upgraded or going to upgrade what i already have to modernise/better fit available space I felt exactly the same about the Grapefruit skybox if it wasn't for at least one of the rooms on the upstairs level i'd have bought it

Spent the last few days exploring many of the Islands, Atoll's and Archipelagos in and around the Blake Sea. There's some interesting builds like this sand castle at Valenza, and places to stop or rezz boats inflatables etc. like the rez zone marina at Emin and Feasting at Glytch hunting sims like Volterra

Some great recommendations already if you are willing to go top to toe mesh bento one of my alts picked up a free Alatmura body from http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Unihispana/68/156/23 the only real problem you can't modify the skin tone, i'm not a fan of the alpha HUD but did get some Maitreya sized items to work well If you really want one of the more expensive mesh heads but they aren't currently in your price range make use of an alt account and feed it any L$ you can spare in time you'll eventually have enough saved up for a head you want

If as Chin said they are Caspervend you don't need to search for a redelivery terminal if you click or right click > touch on vendor and a blue dialogue box comes up there is a redelivery option. if you are shopping somewhere very popular the vendors can be very sluggish something i bought on last weeks L$50 Friday from a Caspervend took several hours to finally deliver/appear for redelivery

I've only come across the Adin body by Meli Imako https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Adin-Full-Perm-Male-Bento-Fitmesh-Body/14138472 and Ocacin Standard & Voluptous bodies that are full perm you'd probably need the dev kits to be able to use them in blender

Chalk this up to a learning experience if the resident won't pay you the money back or provide the service. LL wont get involved as it's a resident dispute. There's a saying "A fool and his money are soon parted" i think it applies this time i'm sure after this experience you'll be a lot wiser next time it happens
