    I don't like changing settings either but sometimes there's something that you want to see correctly, even if you just change them for a short time to say take a pic then worth doing.

    What I have always found to work for issues like that is changing a debug setting. Go in debug settings and change render dynamic LOD from true to false.

    I am curious about how many people have a house and use it for socialising? I haven't had a house since 2010, just been a homeless bum, never felt the need for it. I just tend to socialise in clubs. Curious to see how popular having a home is and if you find it beneficial or just something you have but don't use.

    We are all well aware of that. We are talking about illegal fantasies here Like sex chatlines, in most counties you cannot talk about underage sex or any illegal topic even if it is classed as a fantasy,. We are talking about child exploitation fantasy.

    That's not the point. LL need to be seen to be taking the right measures to prevent any sort of child exploitation.

    I should have posted my laptop stats rather than desktop stats. It is not strictly a gaming PC but it had been modified when I got it and it runs SL well. The graphic card is not the best and is a few years old now but it still works well. Not sure how well the cooling would work for being logged in hours at a time as it is just really a back up and I mostly use it for work but never had an issue with it's performance in SL as yet. I do have a cooler though, so it would probably be ok.     Dial-up is just plain mean, those days were horrendous, a full day to download a single, good old audiogalaxy and the others whose name's I can't recall, virus central!

    That's the internet for you. Wherever there are large groups of people coming together then you get drama and disruption. I don't think you can avoid it.

    I have been fond of food in SL, I don't mind alcohol if it has a drunk animation it, that can be fun.

    Personally, I don't see it as a big deal. if I want a modifiable produce then I buy it, if I don't want a product that is no mod then I don't buy it. We can pick and choose what we want to buy. It's that simple.
