I've had it on my alt for awhile now and although I love the location, I am just not a beach person. It's a lovely spot and I hope that someone else can appreciate it! The stilt I am letting go made me appreciate the stilts (my least favorite style) I had a LOT of fun with this location - especially the landscaping. I have a top-of-the-world trad that I like even better, so it is time to let someone else enjoy this unique spot. It has no water, but the privacy is amazing for the stilt region and the view is incredible. Instead of hanging on to it, decided to release to someone who would love a windmill. (Hint.. use sound explorer to turn off the grinding and clicking noises coming from windmill... they get loud).
