Are there certain days/times where the houses are released and is there a way to guesstimate which regions are next to be released? There is not a certain day/times when houses are released. When a new theme is just (or recently) released, a large number of regions are put into LL's release queue process, and there is some speculation among those who watch this type of thing closely, as to what regions *might* come available next. The best thing is to watch this thread for when people announce that they are going to be releasing a particular home - and refresh the land page around the time they indicate they are releasing it - or just refresh the land page at various time through out your day, and see what becomes available. You can switch houses up to 5 times in a 24 hour period, which can help you find a location you like, if the theme is one that is often available on the land page. 5 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is only 1 neighbor with decent space between, and tons of space on other side of house. The house across the pier from me is a bit staggered so you can see the water/scenery from livingroom window. It's a lovely location at a crossroads near a railroad line with two ponds out front and backing up to a stream (I derendered the bushes in the back). I've enjoyed living here for the last year.
