They are in the sky (at least they are for now, until the Swaginator event has run it's course). Stand on the bridge In the top menu bar of the viewer, enable the Advanced & Develop menus using CTRL+ALT+D (Advanced) & CTRL+ALT+Q (Develop). Advanced -> Show debug settings -> Set AdminMenu to TRUE. Then Develop -> Shop Admin Menu. You have now enabled "fly override" Press F to enter fly mode. Open the world map (CTRL+M) & in the Z location box, type in 1294, Enter. Click the "Teleport" button. You should disable the Admin menu once you are done.
