For anyone struggling, the clues are in the text of the announcement; pay attention to what they mention. I started from Portal Park which sent me to the Winter Wonderland region where I picked up the HUD. I didn't look to see if the HUD could be got from the other regions. The hard part was getting through Moles who were throwing things at me. * This gift is nice and useful.
