I am negative, because I think SL avatars are good enough. If SL is not good enough for these stores, what does that say about how they view SL? I still buy from them, if I like it, and if it looks as good as it can be in SL when I try it on. Things like windlight and poses are possible to do as good as the seller in SL. In RL, I see an ad with a supermodel for H&M, I go there and buy that dress and think it will look the same on me.... ? I think not! 😆

Ohhh... Regions in SL wasn't all that bad! Hikoboshi, also 2008: Privateer Space: Mysterious Wave, 2010: Risk City: Nordari: Neverwhere, 2011: Forgotten City: Voc Linda: Is it still a Terra Cotta Army in SL?? 2012: Art Screamer, the avatar to the left was free to pick up there: After 2012, it is like my more curious and exploring side disappeared. What did I do in SL, since I did not post images of it? Forgotten times...

Hah, I remember parking an alt in Hammond Park in a month to get one of those three homes in a diagonal row. 😅 I think LL released every other region in that area before Hammond Park... It became an obsession. I was glued to the computer from 6 AM time in SL, because sometimes a region was released 0630... Wild times. I did not get that one, but 2 other locations there. People thought I was crazy when I abandoned them. Especially those that knew how I had waited.

The shoes and dress is free in Maitreya! The shoes is a Stay at Home gift and the dress is a group gift. (Both fatpack!) The ring and the other jewelry is Maxi Gossamer. I think the ring name is Khadijah or another royal sounding name. It is unrigged, but I attached it to the ring finger, so it can move right. I have the same head and skin as in the other pictures that started with the ballet ones. I think the makeup and the "haughty" pose and expression makes me look different here. I am not sure how I got that expression. But I thought it fits.

Did it start just before the extended weekend? (Thanksgiving) I believe LL has had a small crew on, so it can be an SL related issue. When business hours open on Monday SL time, they will go through tickets and maybe there are support tickets about this. If you have had this problem a long time, I have no idea. Can it be a broken animation override? Try to detach and wear another AO and see if the problem stops?

Sometimes when we play with the HUD we can click on things by a mistake. We can either go through the HUD again and try to turn it on again, or unpack a new head and HUD. I assume the head and neck was fine at the start. If she does not have a container to unpack (she can have deleted it), she can go to the store and have a redelivery.

Yeah, my alt expires the 11th. I should let her go back to Basic, but decided to give the stilts a try.

I think I filled the Marketplace basket 3 times with Apple Fall items. It is only 150 I could have saved, so... No big deal. I remember the stressful 50 L sale last time, when Apple had only one region and the vendors vent crazy, they had to limit number of avatars and open a new region... Very stressful. It did not feel good to shop there, even if I came in. I know now that my TP hammer was a part of the problem, but I didn't know then and was happy I could get in. Marketplace shopping is great. 👍❤️

Unless you get Ruth/Roth avatars, it is a waste. It is many system avatars, and then people could use one from the library with free classic clothes and free standard sized mesh. It is one brand starting with N... who has advertised "promo" as long as I can remember, since 2011. Newbies who have only 100 - 200 L may think it is the best buy. The avatar can not use any of the shoes made the last years, only system feet shoes. Clothes are usually crap, and hair is some old flexi that never totally leaves circulation. For men it is the same, in best case mesh clothes. I see some other avatars than Ruth/Roth that are cheap, but I don't buy them. Why, when it is a 1 L Bento mesh body for both men and women who can use BoM and all the TMP clothes still sold? With alpha cuts in case alpha layers is not available. It is still a free Bento female head (Genus, unless it is over) and it was just now a free Bento male and female head. (LOGO) Much better quality and support than unknown brand with glitches and god knows how much support.

I'm not even done yet, and it is weekend sales tossed in too. Many sales end today, I am not sure what ends tomorrow. (Monday) I don't want to sum it. Over 10 k, under 15 (I hope). I already know I bought three things that was a flop. Will not say what, because I could have been smarter so it is me going to fast and cutting corners, not demo or demo too fast. But it is not like I have never bought things and had buyer's remorse before. It is not unique to Black Friday.

I filled my basket several times.... Even if I bought much last time. AF has so gorgeous colors, wood and upholstery, so I bought different ones. Sigh, may add a few more. It is not much to save on cushions. I wish they were sold in small fatpacks, in 3 or 4. It is not only that I am greedy, but I did not buy colors and patterns that worked sooo well together last time. It is a lot to save on the botanical prints, because they are in a MP fatpack. I got all 6 for 50 L.

Big body tattoos aren't really me anymore, but I had to buy one just for old times sake. To celebrate the return. I had bought "A night in Kandahar" in 2009, "Niu Kua" in 2010 and "Angels and Demons" in 2011. And now I have "Hokusai Dreams". 🙂 I must make a style with it.
