It does not help much to have an alt ot two for me... The only thing the alt can send me is the textures, but not objects like the lilies in the Log Home content pack. It is tedious to log in an alt for setting out flowers. And I can't link or duplicate them, and moving an alts stuff around is always a bit tricky.

It started to be confusing in this post: If you will, can you post a slurl (the adress to the land you will sell) so can one of us go there and look at the size, the borders and what that bridge is. I am trying to sell a part now with free sunset view and no very ugly builds around, but it is slow. Start with what you bought the land for. It is unlikely that you will get more. Very, very often does windows have no functionality in SL. A skybox is often black on the outside, also windows, so no one can look inside. Some people feel more "secure" up in the sky, far away from people who walk on the ground. They do not have to look at buildings they don't like, because they live in their own little box. There is also no need to buy plants and such for a garden. Yes, I know.... few people bother with a garden anyway. It is hard to understand when you say that rezzing is "wonky". If you mean that the item you rez sit in the roof instead on the floor, that can happen in any building. You have not zoomed close enough to the place you will set the furniture, so I think the viewer register the roof instead of the floor. Or maybe others have a better technological suggestion for "wonky" rezzing.

I love the details, especially how the terrace around the jacuzzi is half covered in snow. Is it a Trompe Loeil house?

I did not see how big the window boxes are! I did not stand next to them and compare them with myself (180 cm and often in flat shoes, so I appear smaller) ... 👀 These houses and rooms are so big. I thought the windows was small, because of the room size. 2 m tall windows feels small.... We have come a long way from the layout in Continental and Alderley. In fact, I was wondering if I can make these big rooms feel cozy. Maybe it is the cool, light palette that makes them look so big. I managed to fill the Hardy so no corner was empty... lol. But there I used dark wall colors.

But I want you to clarify: If the mailboxes had all the content packs for different themes, would that mean the server is overloaded and spammed? You have the statistics. What is the first people do when they decide to keep the home, is it going in the mailbox to get the content pack? I get the impression that many owns a Linden home for months, leaves it because they can't afford Premium or they are looking for more prims, and they never took the content pack. They did not know it was there. So I wonder, when is this overload of servers happening? The Log Home releases was perhaps the biggest one. Did thousands of people get their content pack at the same time? So the server was overloaded?

Interesting. But I do not believe it will happen. The Stilt regions look like they are ready to go. I would bet a Linden dollar that they are released after the Christmas Expo ends, Dec. 13. That is one and a half week before Christmas. I am not the first one to raise the question, why are the content packs in the Mailboxes only, and not available any other way? Did any Mole or Linden come and say why the content is only in the Mailboxes? @Abnor Mole?

I have been thinking about content packs. They are getting better and better. In the first theme, objects was so Li heavy. Now, down to 1 Li window boxes and 1 Li row of flowers that fit inside them? Wow, I want. But then I have to get in Game of Homes again. It is 2 themes coming up and what is in the Stilt homes content pack? We don't know yet. Awesome palm trees and lanterns? (Speculation!) So I have to get a Stilt home to get that content pack, abandon it when the Chalet houses come out to get the content pack, and try to get a Stilt home again. I went back to the Stilt preview region and I really prefer the balconies there. Could not the content packs be in a Mole warehouse so the Premiums could go and pick them up? Without home jumping? Or, if we had a Bellisseria home and we clicked on the mailbox, we could get all the content packs, select "Traditional", select "Houseboats", select "Campers".... and so on.

I like them. They appear easy to live in. I was walking towards the first I saw, Reizend, and thought "they look small" and then walked in and just wow, this is really big. The others are even bigger. No need to add-ons for more rooms. Other than some inside walls, to divide a big room into two smaller. I miss that no one has a veranda to walk out on from the second floor, and LL does not make many styles with that. I wonder why. The Stilt homes got nice, big and versatile verandas.

What the title says. I have a laptop and a stationary. One wireless and one not. Opening other parts of the forum is slow, but I can open them. Like "General Discussions" and this one. "Your Avatar" gives me a blank page that is hanging.... hanging.... until I get "Gateway timed out" after a long time. Edit to add: This has lasted 2 days.

I have heard that the houses and skyboxes are claimed of the region owner if they are not decorated. So it can happen before. I am not totally sure since I left the group, but maybe @Chic Aeoncan confirm it, if I remember correct. If you want to keep it the one week, three days left, place a Christmas tree or a sofa in it at least.

Plus, if you click on a boat or another building like a Victorian, Traditional, Camper, it show that owner of the building is a Mole. This is because the house "root" has to be outside the parcel a resident has claimed. It does not mean that the Mole has taken the parcel. You see, if the "root" was inside the parcel and said "owned by Joe Resident" or another name, the land impact of the building counted as part of "Joe Resident's" land impact. When the building "root" is outside the parcel, on Linden owned land, "Joe Resident" can spend all the Land Impact om his furniture and stuff. And as already said, unreleased and abandoned plots pending for release is owned by Governor Linden.

Apple Fall has their "Christmas Soldier" that looks like a nutcracker. If you (general you) missed the sale, they are up to 245 L each. But they are 1 Li. I wish Muniick did not link their items. Many are a bit high in Li. Not super high, but if you are like me, and use an add-on for a Bellisseria home, it is more rooms to decorate, and every Li counts.

It was because I started it. It has morphed from sweet, funny gifts to business for some stores. Others keep the calendars free, but only for group members. It has been such a crazy increase in "pay - for - join" groups the last few years. Before, I could leave a group and join again, now I have to consider the cost, and as if that was not enough, the cost can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled for events. Christmas spirit... If the stores think a Christmas Calendar is just a new way to make money, do not call it gifts, but seasonal member discounts.

The risk of leaving a group that does not cost much to join again, is that the price may have jumped up when you will join again. 7 Deadly Skins is one of those. The price for joining their group is now a noticeable 1000 L fee. They may reduce their fee after advent. I found out that I am a member of Backbone. They had several monthly gifts up when I joined. So it was a good deal. I visited their Advent Calendar and wasn't much impressed. It is probably good stuff for collectors. I never collected stamps or dolls, so it was eyeroll for me. If I wanted that figurine for January 1st, it was 114 L (or an amount close to that ) to pay for group members. In all fairness, buying cost more for others. But I had not joined because of the Advent Calendar, so it is ok.

I bought mine when LL had a Christmas Shop event last year. The same that starts in a few days. It was strange that the Christmas decor is not up front in the shop. They had several versions, but the shape was the same. I believe I added some glow to parts like the top star. It is mod, but that size is what you can heve, if you stretch it, li goes up.

Thank you, Analog Dog is still in game. I found one shoulderlong unrigged that I could edit and rotate parts so it falls back. I used it in Flashdance pose (How does your avatar look today).

The Roiro Christmas tree is only 3 Li and it looks very good. The DDD trees, not a bad word about them, but I have used them so much, it was great to have variety. I don't remember how much the LAQ interior tree is. But it is very decorative with lots of gifts under - included in the Li. Could it be 3 Li, or am I wrong? Dekute Dekore has 1 Li Christmas trees, and also a 1 Li scripted toy train you can buy in addition. It drives round the tree. Very good for so low Li.

Yes, it is something about the chair that does not sit right. It can also be that I did the background in SL wrong. I made it myself. I should perhaps have a dark floor so my feet "sits" on the floor. It's all a learning. Many times I do not bother to edit so much, but I was in a mood for it. The main reason I edited it was because of the face, yes. This is a lighter edit. I think I overdid the added water "spray" in the first edit. I tried to give the skin a bit warmer tone, but keep the cold feeling from the neon lights.
