the latest incarnation of omega appliers is the Omega Evolved. It's the successor to Omega Advanced and there are quite a few differences. Omega Advanced is by default a 3 layer Applier button (Clothing, Undies,Tat), and should be labelled as such for all 3 layers. Not all creators include the names of all layers, some decide to omit the ones they dont want to be shown, but the touch area to apply to a different layer than shown is still there on the hud, it just takes some deduction work to figure out where that is. Omega Evolved is different. it doesnt have the same 3 layer button face. each button can apply to as many layers as the creators decides. For example it could apply knickers, bra and pants all at once in one touch, applying to both clothing and undies layer at the same time. If the creator decides they think pants are only gonna be worn on clothing layer then they do not have to add in options for the other 2 layers if they choose not to. Basically you gotta keep an eye on what type of omega applier it is, Advanced or Evolved, and keep in mind that the Evolved may not be as flexible as you are expecting.

Scripts in SL that are sitting in your inventory are dormant, they aint gonna do jack, even if you wore a scripted prim or rezzed a prim and put the script in it doesn't mean it's gonna do something, some scripts need activating or starting, and even then its not going to cause your computer to crash, it could cause an issue with the region you are logging in to but would then also impact you reaching that region from other computers and other avatars logging into or attempting to TP to that region. Freezing & crashing could be down to a number of things. If you are using Firestorm get into the support group chat and ask for assistance there, they will need to know more info, including, but not limited to the system specs of the crashing PC, and at what point precisely things start to go south. I dont think you have updated your auto alpha kit as Belleza is the same, but you do it on a rezzed body, not a worn one, and you can rez the clothing over the model, no need for reference images, and the model gives you everything you need for the notecard in a simple click, its just as quick as the others. The Auto kit was updated when the bodies were updated to V5

Belleza auto-alpha is a piece of cake, you dont even need to have the body, or wear the body or hud to set it up, it comes with a nice handy model you can rez that has all the alpha cuts on it, you just set those cuts (rez the clothing piece and overlay if needed), and then just touch the button to get the code, add code to a notecard, drag notecard & script to object contents, notecard auto deletes, and its ready to go

This is probably the most i have said about myself publicly in like since, i don't know when. I stepped into SL almost 7 years ago, it feels like only yesterday but at the same time it feels like a lifetime ago. I spent the first couple of years back and forth between here another world & some MMO's, not knowing anyone here and not wanting to leave old friends behind, I wasn't quite sure that SL was where I wanted to be. Eventually i moved over for good somewhere around 2014 i think. I had been creating in this other world since 2010 and there was no denying that the possibilities there had nothing on Second Life. I did drag a few unfortunates with me, including my bestie, most of them couldn't quite grasp the new mechanics of SL and sadly didn't stay for long. Now there's just me left. I don't go out exploring like i used to, I don't think i could even name half a dozen places to visit that are not connected to work in some way. When health issues hit my bestie and she couldn't be online very much, or at all, I started withdrawing into myself too. She had always been able to pull me out of my shell and without her i felt lost, still feel lost, so i started burying myself in work. The me in RL is the me in SL. I have very few friends and family in either world, I can't tolerate stupidty or laziness, I don't tread on eggshells around folk, I'll say it as it is except for when its my feelings and emotions and then those are a very closely guarded secret and I'm not the kind to forgive and forget. I know that it's mostly my fault for having few friends, for having no social circle, It's just who I am and who I have been for as long as I can remember. I don't approach people to talk to, and if I'm approached in the wrong way then its over before the conversation has begun. I'm very withdrawn and guarded, and uncomfortable around strangers in both worlds, all too often misinterpreted as cold and snobbish and my head rules my heart too often, a very practical and logical head. It's not all doom and gloom though. I raised my daughter alone for most of her life (and half of mine), and now in her early 20's she has just started her final year at University. One day I will be that grouchy old woman who lives in the rotten old house on the corner at the end of the street with all the mangy flea infested cats. Until then, I am just practising whilst I play Rift, watch Netflix and dabble in this place that someone once called a Second Life.

It's been this way for as long as I can remember but it's also an area that is getting a bit of tweaking so probably needs a jira requesting it to do both. Only Jira's ive seen on that section so far is about the custom fields not being remembered when editing a listing

seems its the same bug but with changed behaviour, i had it show as all brands one day, no brands the next day.

There is a meeting tomorrow (Wednesday 22nd), Web User Group, and it covers the web based aspects of SL, including but not limited to, the Marketplace. The MP does seem to dominate the discussion there but it is your opportunity to put these issues directly into the hands of the various teams were. There isn't a relay but there is an installer, you need to activate this installer before the body will listen to omega

yes Slink still allow for Asymmetrical tattoos using their own appliers, some other bodies now can also have asymmetrical ones using the latest Omega Evolved Dev Kit. The "evolved" version will allow for applying to left or right hand/harm etc but itis still being rolled out and many bodies/parts are still to update to it so you would have to check the list on the Omega website to see if the body you want to use it on is ready. It's a no-go on system bodies though, but i do remember sometime ago someone was making tats on a prim or mesh attachment that was worn on one arm or both and that carried the tattoo texture instead of it being worn as a system tattoo layer.

I am really not much of a photographer in SL and in RL i hate having pics done, I have reluctantly "posed" for a photo just once in the past 20*cough*something years. I am somewhat proud to be one who successfully manages to chop off someones head when taking a RL photo lol. For the world we know as SL I am envious of those who can get just the right angle, with just the right scene, and just the right lighting and just the right skill and produce some amazing pieces of art. play it safe, if in doubt box it up. i.e .. you want to sell hair and hud and guarantee they both go together, stick it in a box and sell the box. as i stands right now, hair and hud are considered separate identical items and therefore would only deliver one or the other

when the option "get full version" is displayed against a demo item it means that it has been linked to a full product. the only way you can get rid of it is to have it not linked to any items at all, which kinda defeats the point of it being a demo. Just becasuse it is a demo does not mean it cannot have more then one full products linked to it. In my store for example. I will list one demo, that then is linked to 5 or 6 other product listings. all those full product listings will go back to that specific demo when the potential customer clicks on "get demo" on the listing page. If a range of product listings can be covered under one demo, in my opion it is better than having a dozen items and a dozen demos, one for every listing..

If you click a MP link that someone has posted, and their view is set for something other than English, then the URL will include the language setting. "Idioma" is Portuguese for Language, so you have probably clicked a link that has that in the URL and when signed in to view it the MP will remember that for your next view, unless you tell it otherwise, or start clearing your browser cache on a regular basis and between every marketplace viewing. Imgur is more an image hosting site and has minimal and basic editing functionality. your best bet is to learn Photoshop or gimp, you simply are not going to get the quality of editing and manipulating textures to maps via Imgur. You might well want to check the terms of the kit to see if you are allowed to upload their maps/textures to an external hosting site (even if you can make them private)
