Upon checking they have photos of their parcels on their social media. For me this may not be enough because I would like to get a feel of the location and the surroundings in person before I make the decision. To be honest, I also do not like such communities. They should at least offer a tour to prospective tenants if there are available homes and not shoot down anyone who is just visiting to take a look, or just remove their listing from search and restrict access to group member only.

It must be your lack of payment info. I was able to TP into the neighborhood even if I am not a tenant or group member. Also, I tried to look up more info about the community and saw this on their IG so please take note:
