I just might dig out a ballgown for the party. I haven't worn one in ages. Pretty sure the last time I was even out dancing was at one of Cali's DJ parties at the Hangout a few months back. An excuse to put fancy clothes on? I'd dig through my inventory for that. I rarely have an excuse to dig out a ball gown.

I am sure whatever you are describing is tasty, however I couldn't get further than reading that you use Swedes in your sauce. Do you only choose the juiciest Swedes? Are short ones less stringy and tough than the tall ones? Just how do you choose which Swedes are going in the sauce? Do you have to marinade them first or do you tenderize them with one of those little kitchen mallets? I have so many questions... I mean, if anyone was to be a gourmet Swede chef, it would probably be you, but really? Here, I found this carved Swedish turnip that was probably an actual Swede before it was mummified.

What error message are they getting? Some houses have issues with rezzing stuff on the floor. You can rez a cube and flatten it into a temp carpet and rezz items on that, then move them into position. (If this didn't end up being a permissions thing) Oh, and make sure they are wearing the group tag.

It's amazing how roomy these small houseboats look when a person doesn't use a gigantic 12ft tall avatar and furniture is shrunk down to realistic sizes. I love your decorating.

I initially scrolled past quickly and only went back to look closer because you asked for opinions. I am uncomfortable with the photo, which is fine for art, I suppose. My discomfort comes from a place of real life trauma. Instead of telling you what I think of this photo, I am going to try to logically analyze it by imagining what someone else might see. She is looking up and into the distance. This could be seen as a hope for something better in the future. The cig in her mouth suggests a bit if defiance at her circumstances. Regardless of where she currently is, she's still fighting back at the rules forced on her. The destroyed look and opened eyes could be trying to show that she's meeting her troubles head on in the present and not waiting until all her ducks are in a row. That is not how I feel looking at this photo, though. It is merely a look from the outside from an unemotional place. ETA: This photo might fit better in the creation forum where art photography goes or in the adult section in one of the D/s threads.

I feel positively young after all those age declarations. 😄 I have known several people over 70 and a few over 80 in SL. Sadly, some of them have passed on. If I have met anyone over 90, they did not tell me.

I have 5 accounts that I use depending on my mood when I log in, but they are all just different aspects of my personality. None of my alts are a big secret and my main account is named in each profile. I guess is it sort of roleplaying since they are each different. Cinnamon is my main account and the one with a friends list. She is social and outgoing. When I want to meet people and chat or visit with friends, I use this account. PollyMorfus goes in when I want to sit and listen to science lectures or go to art galleries or art installations or listen to book readings Cora is for hiding and logs in when I want to be alone or just explore by myself mostly in fantasy lands, forests, underwater natural areas and is gender fluid or neutral. Zerrine is logged in when I am feeling a bit out of control. She finds trouble and mischief. She isn't as nice and has a short temper, but she usually finds fun somewhere. She dances with strangers, pushes limits, and takes chances more than my main. MikeReashun is an alt I made so I could create a male avatar.

I still haven't recovered from all the socializing last weekend, so I've been inworld on Cora and did a bit of self-care by updating this alt. They have a new skin and hair, but I just raided their inventory for an outfit because I have no idea where to shop for neutral clothes (and shopping is still being out in public) I was cycling through items in the jewelry folder when I noticed Cora had no fingernails. Well, I just put on a new skin, so I'm trying to figure out what happened. My mind is thinking that everything is BOM now, so do I need BOM nails? The only thing I really changed was the skin. Does BOM skin cover nails? I don't remember this happening on any other avatars. I open the body HUD and start clicking all the nail colors. Nothing happens. It can't be appliers, right? I am using a BOM body. I try all the nail appliers anyway. Nothing happens. Uummm... I look on Marketplace for BOM nail polish. Yeah, that's not the problem. No such thing. I am about a half hour into obsessing over the nails by this time. I considered looking for a tutorial to find out where I messed up, but first, the body HUD one more time. I'm clicking all over the HUD hoping for a miracle or at least a light bulb appearing over my head, when I click the nail length thinking maybe the nails are just tiny. 😄 The nails appear! Yes, at some point in time I had turned them off. I can't remember when. Cora has been wandering around SL for months or years (who knows how long) with her nails turned off. This adventure in dressing an avatar has been brought to you by 12 1/2 years of being in SL and still not knowing what the hell I'm doing. So, here is a picture of updated Cora... and it doesn't even show the hands. Gawd!!! The rest of you make having a new outfit everyday look effortless and then there's me. 😊

It is really interesting to see them side by side. Same skins, but different shapes for each head? Or do they all use the same shape? Which one do you like best

😄 I wrote so many different notes that I forgot which ones I left where. Writing those was actually the most fun I had during the candy hunting. Got a little thrill every time I checked to see who owned the parcel and recognized the name. When I logged in the next day, I always had a few nice notes back from residents I had visited. Worth it! I just wanted to give people a smile.

I use the trophy that way as well. "You win." There are a few others that use the trophy for other reasons. The laugh react can be because something made you laugh or used for a scorn laugh to laugh at people in a mean way. The confused react is also used for less-than-kind reasons as well.

Is this an all time compilation thing? I like an awful lot of things, I am not often confused by others, and laughing is always good because I don't use scorn laughs. I find them childish. So those laughs are genuine. The confusion reactions I have been given are mostly from one person.

Well, I just logged in and actually got a top 100 giftie. I didn't TP or use a list and I didn't play the last 2 days at all. I stopped at every candy bucket long enough to leave the parcel owner a note or story, played with the decorations and even went through several of the open houses, cafes, galleries, and haunted houses. The extra bear was a nice surprise. Thank you, Lindens and Moles, and everyone who was involved in all that scripting, last minute problem solving, and time invested in a fun activity for the residents. Thank you Bellisserians for taking the time to put out a bucket and/or decorating in such fantastic, unique, and amazing ways just to make the adventure fun for others. This avatar noticed all the work and appreciates it very much.

And I don't care what characters people like to play. I like meeting people and being friendly. When I judge others, I usually do it kindly. I will happily play along with other friendly people. Edo is very nice inworld in person. I know this because instead of attacking and acting holier than thou, I reached out and introduced myself. As far as the person I met goes, he is not interested in slex and never even hinted at it. It's not his fault that many here would rather judge from only a confrontational view and have no imaginations or find their fun in ways different than Edo. He should not have to conform to your versions of acceptable behavior. He should just be himself. Let Edo be Edo and leave him be if he is doing no real harm. Maybe some of you are playing gatekeepers and trying to force your ideas of acceptable posting on others. It wouldn't be the first time I've seen it, but it's not up to you. So, step back if this is too emotional for you. (All the "you's" are general)
