As you will notice if you peruse the case submission form, you will see that the abuse appeals option has disappeared. Our new approach is directly targeted at those affected by disciplinary action. Is fixed the authentication bug yet? Unless banned oneself, it's not possible to check if fixed or not.

  9. During my first year in SL, when I wanted to create a folder to place it inside another folder of the Inventory I FIRST created the folder and THEN moved into the other folder. It took me a year to learn that I could right-click the folder and creaste a new folder inside. Fool (like me) but true

  14. 1 year ago I changed my real data filling a support ticket (usually I don't give my real data when I sign in a unknown web site). But the system of tickets has changed.   19. Diificult question. Maybe 'Phoenix Viewer', the "substitute" of Emerald. But of course others residents prefer Kirstens, Imprudence or another viewers of the Third Party Directory (http://viewerdirectory.secondlife.com/).
  20. Sorry, I have not a helpful answer. I only know that I have similar problems in my university. Maaaaaaany problems using Explorer, no problems using Firefox. I have no idea why.
