Is it possible to have a mainland region's maturity level changed?
Irene Muni replied to Persephone Emerald's question in Everything Else
Kathmandu Gilman wrote: I think the vast majority of people don't understand the difference between PG and Mature regions. You can have a sex bed in both and you can be naked in both. No. See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Maturity#General : ... ... ... Likewise, sexually-oriented objects such as "sex beds" or poseballs may not be located or sold in General regions. -
When did time delay btwn posts get introduced?
Irene Muni replied to Baeric Constantine's question in Technical
Hi Baeric. As Bee says. See http://blogs.secondlife.com/message/478598 and http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Scams#Why_can_I_post_only_once_every_two_minutes.3F -
Lilian Laville wrote: Does anybody know how it is possible to pass the request to Linden and ask to improve that? I had a look on the Jira, but it seems more about bugs than possibilities to improve existing features which work, but do not offer enough service. Open a JIRA ('Create Issue') as project 'Second Life Website' and 'New Feature'. You can link as 'child' your request to the Meta-Issue about Marketplace (https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-2218).

Making Strides to Improve our Customer Support Services
Irene Muni commented on Vogt Linden's blog entry in Inworld
Hi Vogt. In your last blog post, you said: New Abuse Appeals Process One thing that we updated already, as part of our new case and chat platform, is the Abuse Appeals process. As you will notice if you peruse the case submission form, you will see that the abuse appeals option has disappeared. Our new approach is directly targeted at those affected by disciplinary action. If your account is suspended or banned, then secondlife.com will allow you to log in on the affected account and will take you to a form designed specifically for creating an appeals case. Unfortunately, a secondlife.com authentication bug has temporarily disabled this function. While our web team works on that issue, we've established a temporary process. If you need to file an abuse appeal, please log in to secondlife.com with an alt account. Then, file a new ticket from http://secondlife.com/support, selecting "Account Issues" and then "Second Life Web Login Issue." Be certain to include any information you believe is relevant to our re-evaluation of your case. As soon as the new Abuse Appeals process is reinstated, then we will let you know. Is fixed the authentication bug yet? Unless banned oneself, it's not possible to check if fixed or not. -

[QUICKTIP] Dragging a texture preview to apply it
Irene Muni commented on Torley Linden's blog entry in Tips and Tricks
During my first year in SL, when I wanted to create a folder to place it inside another folder of the Inventory I FIRST created the folder and THEN moved into the other folder. It took me a year to learn that I could right-click the folder and creaste a new folder inside. Fool (like me) but true -
Have you used Live Chat? (crossed fingers for Live Chat does not answer "fill a Support Ticket" ).

Market place charges for Demos and Freebies?

You are right. As far as we know there are no offcial advices for a future tax for freebies. -
1 year ago I changed my real data filling a support ticket (usually I don't give my real data when I sign in a unknown web site). But the system of tickets has changed. Kitsune Shan wrote: I jsut can wait for that, but Im sure that should be a way to change that since its not legal not allow the users to access their data and change it. Totally agree. As you say below that is a right of any user in SL and in any register form. But I'm not sure if LL is "legal" in this question.

LOL LOL I cannot imagine where is the origin of the issue. Perhaps because I am Premium account? If that is the reason, I don't know how request to LL a change of personal data.

You're welcome.

I need help with downloading second life
Irene Muni replied to Lewis Peliatropis's question in Technical
You need to upgrade your video card drivers. Instructions: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Help:How_to_identify_your_graphics_card In any case, please post your system info. -
Kitsune Shan wrote: ...How I can make a correction on it?...You can change your personal data (I did it) filling a support ticket: Account Issue > Change Account Details.

Diificult question. Maybe 'Phoenix Viewer', the "substitute" of Emerald. But of course others residents prefer Kirstens, Imprudence or another viewers of the Third Party Directory (http://viewerdirectory.secondlife.com/).

You're welcome, Lia .

Sorry, I have not a helpful answer. I only know that I have similar problems in my university. Maaaaaaany problems using Explorer, no problems using Firefox. I have no idea why.

De nada, genuial que ya no estés "fantasmada" jejeje Y recuerda lo mdicho arriba: para estos casos es súper útil tener un Alt al que le des permiso para localizarte en el mapa .
