  1. Marcush, are you sure that your joke answer is a good idea for a new resident asking in SL Answers?
  2. Return to the shop. Probably you can sign off in the same place you signed in.

If you do something for fun, it is a game ...And if you are spending time in SL for any other reason then fun, then you ought to consider going back into RL, just because its not supposed to be specifically fun ... I'm stunned. Then, SOCIALIZE is a game for you? Because one (not only) of my main reasons for being in SL is socialize, socialize seriously, not socialize as a game.

See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Abandoned_Land_FAQ#Will_Linden_Lab_sell_abandoned_land_directly_to_me_if_my_claim_on_it_is_good_enough.3F Will Linden Lab sell abandoned land directly to me if my claim on it is good enough? This can sometimes be tricky, but there are cases in which a Resident may have a pretty good claim to abandoned land. These can include but aren't necessarily limited to: The land I own borders three sides of an abandoned parcel. The land I own completely encircles an abandoned parcel. There is a parcel of abandoned land directly between my land and another Resident's land, but the other Resident has stated that he has no interest in owning the abandoned parcel. The land must always be less than 512 square meters. Remember that these parameters are only guidelines; each parcel is considered on a case-by-case basis, and the Land Team may not sell the land to you even if you meet some of the claims. In many cases, there's no single Resident who has a very strong claim to a particular abandoned parcel, in which case it goes to auction.

  11. AFAIK post chat logs with names is againts the TOS. And more in this forums Guidelines: No interpersonal disputes or singling out others for negative commentary We do not allow posts about interpersonal disputes or that contain disruptive or hostile comments. If you have a personal disagreement, do not post about it on the Second Life blogs or forums. These are public areas for the entire Second Life community and not for airing your grievances about others. Residents who have personal disputes have other channels of communication to discuss their differences — private messaging, IM within Second Life, or chatting within Second Life. Posts singling out others for negative commentary or treatment are also not appropriate on the forums and may be removed. "Singling out others" includes calling them out by their Second Life name, real-world name, brand, company, organization, or group name, or in other ways reasonably likely to identify them. Some examples of unacceptable "negative commentary or treatment" are complaints about another's products or services, claims that someone has violated a Linden Lab policy or the law, opinion polls about a particular Resident, and posts that include in their title another person's name with the intent of provoking the person named.
  12. This is not a "technical" issue, so I prefer remember here (not in the Discussion page) that we need a sure but fast and easy system for translate pages from the Knowledge Base into other languages (and perhaps from the "LL Official")

  14. The solution (annoying but useful) is to download and install the 1.23.5 viewer (http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/). It is not necessary uninstall your actual Viewer 2. Launch the viewer 12.23 and accept the TOS. After that you can run normally the Viewer 2. It's a known bug (afect randomly to some people and systems), see (and comment, any comment help) https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-18705
