It may have nothing to do with your 'maturity' settings - locations can restrict you on your 'age' from registration - In your case some 5 days as of now. Its a location setting, not you.

In addition to Griffin Ceawlin's answer and interesting links, I am curious why the first step is to contact Linden Labs. I thought it usually involved informing potential participants of such details and accreditation. And will second that its refreshing to see this sort of thing approached in a more formal fashion. Sounds a great idea. A couple of years ago we set up a sort of simple 'recipe a day' dispenser in a group meeting hangout - basically gave out a notecard. Have to add a bump (ok a little rantette) about OBJECT_SCRIPT_MEMORY because as it stands its - less than useless in what it returns. For my own satisfaction I have played with setting Mono memory just out of curiosity, to see what can be done with an 'overhead' limit, however I have refused point blank several requests to make 'memory indicator boards' simply because the granualarity of actual usage isn't there. Hence the somewhat arbitrary limits (oh such shades of ARC =^^=). Short version - if I can do it in one Mono script, I will.
