You're better off replacing it. Almost anything you can buy new will be much faster. Assuming this isn't a laptop or some ultra-small form factor PC you can't install a graphics card in, it's a really easy job.

There are places where ALM will make a huge difference, even on modern hardware. I doubt it'll make much difference at shopping events, but at more scenic locations, it can make a significant difference. On older hardware, it's night and day.

If you have the draw distance higher than 128M drop it to 128 and I'd suggest using Firestorm or another viewer capable of using more than 512MB of texture cache. The new 2020 drivers are definitely a hit with my rx550.
