    They could put the current ones like in a archive thing. When you sign up, could be "Don't like our new avatars? We still have our classic ones you can choose from." Hope they're not working on leg-less avis! 🤣

    I remember getting a timed item --- when I put it on it said I had 30 minutes instead of the usual 5 minutes. I also seen timed items that also still had the word "DEMO" all over too. NEXT! Btw we're on page 69 of this thread!

    Plus the horrid sound quality from the phone. I giggle at a cousin who made fun of all the physical media I have saying he's bored when his internet goes out --- no music or whatever. I say I just pop in a CD and he shuts up! I actually have a music server that the computers in the house can access and tons of songs.

    Peeve #304: Trying to some movies on a major shopping website and only option for a couple is streaming. I prefer the old school physical media since you can view it at any time and not deal with buffering and stuff.

    You think in SL a hole in the ground would be easy to dig! Many times the hole gets borked!

    Can always use the fly mode in the SL client to override the land's no-fly thing. If a shop owner gets their panties in a wad and threaten to eject you --- time to hit another shop.

    There's a story on the Verge website about this and in the comments many are asking why are they re-inventing SL. I think all this meta stuff going to put more eyes on SL and Linden Lab. The Lab could say "FB and Microsoft --- move over! We'll show you how it's done!"

    Actually I pretty much moved on. I rarely log in anymore -- I'm mostly a forum junkie. Only know one other person from the game and she's on another mboard I'm on.

    Other day on one of my rare visits in world and found this nice hair for a black avatar --- but the shop put everything in those stupid conveyor things. I simply left.

    We only had 4 groups of kids, and was it. Think total of 10 kids. So the rest of the candy like in pre-covid times goes to our bar for everyone to snitch up.

    It was a Loblaws here too. I don't mind using a self-check for a couple items, but if more then that I want to be paid wages!

    Meanwhile... Peeve: Why some stores lack cashiers. One where we're at has only self check-outs and seen some get lost since they don't know or prefer the old-school method.
