No one really needs to tear hair out and and give themselves ulcers and insult people trying to get one of the scarce new Homes they don't need to pay for either but in lieu of having a little patience, perhaps this could be a viable alternative to that sort of self-destructive behavior?

Perhaps some people don't know that any Premium Member can purchase a piece of Abandoned Mainland for L$1/m2 by filing a Support ticket and asking to purchase the land (take a SLurl or an LM). The initial investment is $1,024 if you wish to buy 1,024 m2, which is equivalent to just under 3.5 weeks of Premium stipend, and live there rent free and tier free as long as they wish to remain Premium. There are many Mainland parcels which can be purchased for even less than L$1 per square metre from Private sales. Even though these parcels may not be as nice as Bellisseria, many are very nice and can be as nice as a parcel owner makes them, or alternatively put a beautiful skybox above the land. If a property owner does a nice job of decorating the land, they could also earn a profit if they choose to sell it later, and if they do choose to abandon it, it's only 3.5 weeks of stipend, not millions of L$. 😉

Same for me today, Prudence 😶 I do try to simply empathize and do my best not to let their anger and insults get to me and most importantly not to allow my own frustration with their foolish immature behavior affect others around me but today for the first time since moving to Bellisseria I thought about giving up our cherished houseboat and retreating to our former skybox life... but I'm no quitter ♪

I too have my angst-ridden moments and today I did. I was insulted, yelled at, sworn at and threatened by a large number of angry screaming babies who definitely need to seek some anger management and I was rather shocked that these 3 year olds are using expensive computers without adult supervision!

Perhaps imagining they are actually suffering would be more accurate. Over a beautiful pixel house, which is not a real NEED, simply a very loud demanding, ranting, raving, WANT ... RIGHT NOW!!! 🥵

Maybe it's a Halfway House for penitent f5 refresh gamblers? (Halfway House as in a special place for them to reside when they have been released from prison under supervision before they are set free into the community) ...and also perhaps @Love Zhaoying 's Waffle House test facility for aftershock trials due to extensive terraforming aftershocks? I would guess that LL does know an approximate date that they expect the next 30 or 40 Regions of homes will be Released or they would not be releasing approximately 3 Regions per week. 🙂 Beyond that, it becomes less and less accurate and the inaccuracy is compounded exponentially. What you are asking for is akin to asking a mother on her way out the door of the hospital with a newborn “What day will he be able to walk because I want to buy him some cute shoes?” This project is unique and the first time EVER such a thing has been attempted. LL has timelines and ALL the skills and knowledge to do exactly what they have promised but they have no exact previous model to make efficient precise calculations such as how many rubber ducks can be delivered to House of Ducks store by December 14 for the duck races. Bellisseria is partly like building with blocks, partly like building a replica model train and village. If you know anyone who has done this and asked them when they will finish, can they tell you a day, or a within week, or a within a month when they will be finished? It is NOT just putting together a puzzle, or even a 3D puzzle. It s a work of art as well. 😍

I certainly didn’t intend to make a flippant remark and I’m very sorry if you felt I did such a thing. You are asking LL to predict the future with some sort of a guarantee or prediction that you expect to be able to rely on. Their promise IS that there will be enough homes for everyone who wants one and LL will NOT STOP until they have delivered exactly what they have promised. They have been working on this project for approximately 1 year and there are approximately 3,500 (my totally unreliable estimate but anyone may try and count on the map). We know for sure they created 709 from scratch in one month. We can guess that monthly total will increase each month as they become more efficient. Only LL knows exactly the number of Premium Accounts they will need homes for because that is what we have chosen to pay them for. LL has stated that 38,000 older homes will need to be replaced so we know it will be at least that amount. Completely guessing they can produce 1,000 per month for the next 3 or 4 months and possibly 1,200 per month the next 3 or 4 months you can extrapolate an approximate timeframe by studying the process, keeping your own more accurate data and projecting a date. Keep in mind also that more and more members will probably become Premium during this process as more and more interest is generated and desired in this uniquely original project. 💗 I do not know if it will be sunny on August 5 but I know there are an average of 265 sunny days per year where I live, so the chances are... 50/50 that it will be rainy or sunny! I would like a list of available sunny days in August for a family reunion picnic and I’d like to reserve it now... but I must be patient and pay attention to the weather forecast closer to August and plan for a picnic or maybe a day of roller skating indoors if the weather does not occur as predicted. My point is no one can know the future because there are just too many variables. You can guess and I can guess and LL can guess, but NOT predict when your Home will be ready, no matter if you are on a list waiting patiently as 863 or casually clicking on occasion or tearing your hair out and developing repetitive motion injuries. The very best way to not get all stressed out is to do something which does not cause you or anyone else stress 💗 Come and visit, watch, have fun, have coffee with Guilio in the cafe or come and play a game of darts at the Queenshead Pub or have a horseback ride on a horse from one of the free Animesh horse rezzers inworld, come and listen to some music, do some swimming or boating or learn to sail or fly a plane. Join a group and chat, visit the houses in the parade of homes, make a model of one or all and decorate it while you are waiting. 🥰

LL will release 1 Region each Monday Wednesday and Friday with exceptions for holidays or other unforeseen circumstances arise (no official updates during this trickle type of release) and a large volume release of the camper/tiny home theme will occur as soon as they are ready. There will probably be some more official notice regarding that release as it approaches. 😃

That is a brilliant suggestion 👨🏽‍🎨👩🏿‍🎨 I think you will have more support than you could possibly imagine in this endeavour. ❤️ I’m sure there are many people who will read this who will point you to the exact people you need for each step also, and in the meantime you can contact an Owner or Moderator of either of the two main Bellisseria Groups (Bellisseria Citizens and Bellisseria Community) and they can tell you exactly how they began the process of holding an Event on the Fairgrounds, advertising it, organizing it, setting it up, reserving it, etc and offer loads of help and advice to help you as much or as often as you will need 💗 I can hardly wait to find out what you have in store for us! ❤️ After a first taste at an event on the fairgrounds you will get a good idea of what size of space might be needed for a more permanent venue for such a worthy project. 🥰

The homes are being made. There WILL be enough. LL will not stop until there is enough, and they have stated so many times in many threads in many posts. They are doing this task to the very best of their ability and you are invited to come and watch the progress. LL is working as hard as they possibly can, as efficiently as possible and also making improvements and adjustments to be even more efficient as they do so! They do want us to have a great time participating in the process! You may start trying to get one as they go live any time and you may wait as long as you like between attempts. LL does know who wants a home and they will not stop until there is enough 😃

It is only partly in jest as we really are free to do this already. Anyone can pick their own number to start trying, too. As capable people we should be able to stop doing something which is unpleasant without needing LL’s intervention. 😉

They are making more right now! You can come and watch them being made and enjoy exploring this beautiful place while LL does exactly what you think they need to do ❤️

And then... Perhaps a list, starting with Home number 25,000 will be even better. You want to get on a list, you may relax and enjoy doing whatever is pleasurable until 25,000 homes are completed! Absolutely no stress for those who wish to feel assured their turn is coming. 🤓

Hugs Bitsy 💕 I do empathize and completely understand that stress can be a major contributor to illness. Perhaps everyone could benefit from understanding good stress like the excitement you feel when you are number 4 and number 3 is being served and the more harmful sort of stress that is felt when you find your number is 309 and you have to go on holidays with your family in 3 weeks and you have paid a LOT of money for that holiday and if you don’t get a house before you go on holidays you will lose your 309 and become 41,076 and not get a chance to get a home for goodness knows how long. What if you are number 27 and your email notification goes to your spam folder and you find it when number 29 is being served, or if you break your ankle and lose your chance? What if any of an infinite number of unpredictable things happens? Would it really be better or more fair to have a waiting list in those cases? Currently, no one is being forced to f5 but they are allowed to whenever they choose to. There is no pressure to cancel plans as you can just not f5 and go enjoy your planned activity and try for a home again when you wish to. The stress and worry that people feel are not something a list can help with, but learning how to cope with stress and manage it may help those who allow it to help them. 🥰

A list of any sort will delay people getting homes when the homes are ready and simply prolong the process. The problem is that ppl are stressing themselves out and seeing their name and number on a slow moving list which only moves slower and slower as the 24 hours delay is compounded won’t help. If ppl are hammering an f5 key 24 hours a day perhaps they are the ones who need to go on a vacation from that and wait for 3 or 4 months until more people have had a random chance to get a home and relieve the pressure on themselves. Being on a list means nothing at all when ppl have no idea how long they will be on that list. LL knows how many Premium members they have. Call what LL has a “list”. LL is making homes for those people. There will be enough homes. Ppl will all get a home somewhere in that process. LL already has that “list”. There will be less people every Monday Wednesday and Friday waiting. Forcing everyone to wait an extra 24 hours while any person on that this finds out their number will only delay the process. Ppl are not being forced to do anything. They are choosing to to do what they are doing and choosing to complain about it. Making a ‘list’ and telling everyone they are number 35,047 in line, (so they can just relax for a year) would be much more helpful than having ppl stressing that their number hasn’t moved. 😫 People will get stressed if they are not getting what they want when they want it. Each person can choose to take a chance and try or not. There WILL be enough. Everyone WILL get a home. Everyone can do whatever they wish until they do and LL or being number 35,000 on that list won’t change that. 🙂
