The newspaper called The Bellisserian has a great page of listings and I think it’s quite up to date. Have fun and enjoy! I’m not a very good decorator but I did get a lot of inspiration visiting the Parade of Homes in the HUD and looking at the amazing photos in the photos threads 😍

Don't despair @tootsiepop1 There are homeowners new and old who abandon at all hours of the day and night too ♥ And parties at all hours of the day and night also ♥ This one went from 5 PM SLT to 10 PM SLT... That big barge is actually a boat!! That is impressive navigating skills!!! It belongs to DJ Claw and he also has a second one which he sets out on a Region border if the parties get too big! Everyone is welcome to come and let go of the stress and meet other new people and enjoy being together. No one ever knows if a person partying is visiting or a resident unless they choose to say, and it never matters because we'll all be living there sooner or later ♥

No one really needs to tear hair out and and give themselves ulcers and insult people trying to get one of the scarce new Homes they don't need to pay for either but in lieu of having a little patience, perhaps this could be a viable alternative to that sort of self-destructive behavior?

Perhaps some people don't know that any Premium Member can purchase a piece of Abandoned Mainland for L$1/m2 by filing a Support ticket and asking to purchase the land (take a SLurl or an LM). The initial investment is $1,024 if you wish to buy 1,024 m2, which is equivalent to just under 3.5 weeks of Premium stipend, and live there rent free and tier free as long as they wish to remain Premium. There are many Mainland parcels which can be purchased for even less than L$1 per square metre from Private sales. Even though these parcels may not be as nice as Bellisseria, many are very nice and can be as nice as a parcel owner makes them, or alternatively put a beautiful skybox above the land. If a property owner does a nice job of decorating the land, they could also earn a profit if they choose to sell it later, and if they do choose to abandon it, it's only 3.5 weeks of stipend, not millions of L$. 😉

Same for me today, Prudence 😶 I do try to simply empathize and do my best not to let their anger and insults get to me and most importantly not to allow my own frustration with their foolish immature behavior affect others around me but today for the first time since moving to Bellisseria I thought about giving up our cherished houseboat and retreating to our former skybox life... but I'm no quitter ♪

I too have my angst-ridden moments and today I did. I was insulted, yelled at, sworn at and threatened by a large number of angry screaming babies who definitely need to seek some anger management and I was rather shocked that these 3 year olds are using expensive computers without adult supervision!

Perhaps imagining they are actually suffering would be more accurate. Over a beautiful pixel house, which is not a real NEED, simply a very loud demanding, ranting, raving, WANT ... RIGHT NOW!!! 🥵

Maybe it's a Halfway House for penitent f5 refresh gamblers? (Halfway House as in a special place for them to reside when they have been released from prison under supervision before they are set free into the community) ...and also perhaps @Love Zhaoying 's Waffle House test facility for aftershock trials due to extensive terraforming aftershocks? I would guess that LL does know an approximate date that they expect the next 30 or 40 Regions of homes will be Released or they would not be releasing approximately 3 Regions per week. 🙂 Beyond that, it becomes less and less accurate and the inaccuracy is compounded exponentially. What you are asking for is akin to asking a mother on her way out the door of the hospital with a newborn “What day will he be able to walk because I want to buy him some cute shoes?” This project is unique and the first time EVER such a thing has been attempted. LL has timelines and ALL the skills and knowledge to do exactly what they have promised but they have no exact previous model to make efficient precise calculations such as how many rubber ducks can be delivered to House of Ducks store by December 14 for the duck races. Bellisseria is partly like building with blocks, partly like building a replica model train and village. If you know anyone who has done this and asked them when they will finish, can they tell you a day, or a within week, or a within a month when they will be finished? It is NOT just putting together a puzzle, or even a 3D puzzle. It s a work of art as well. 😍

I certainly didn’t intend to make a flippant remark and I’m very sorry if you felt I did such a thing. You are asking LL to predict the future with some sort of a guarantee or prediction that you expect to be able to rely on. Their promise IS that there will be enough homes for everyone who wants one and LL will NOT STOP until they have delivered exactly what they have promised. They have been working on this project for approximately 1 year and there are approximately 3,500 (my totally unreliable estimate but anyone may try and count on the map). We know for sure they created 709 from scratch in one month. We can guess that monthly total will increase each month as they become more efficient. Only LL knows exactly the number of Premium Accounts they will need homes for because that is what we have chosen to pay them for. LL has stated that 38,000 older homes will need to be replaced so we know it will be at least that amount. Completely guessing they can produce 1,000 per month for the next 3 or 4 months and possibly 1,200 per month the next 3 or 4 months you can extrapolate an approximate timeframe by studying the process, keeping your own more accurate data and projecting a date. Keep in mind also that more and more members will probably become Premium during this process as more and more interest is generated and desired in this uniquely original project. 💗 I do not know if it will be sunny on August 5 but I know there are an average of 265 sunny days per year where I live, so the chances are... 50/50 that it will be rainy or sunny! I would like a list of available sunny days in August for a family reunion picnic and I’d like to reserve it now... but I must be patient and pay attention to the weather forecast closer to August and plan for a picnic or maybe a day of roller skating indoors if the weather does not occur as predicted. My point is no one can know the future because there are just too many variables. You can guess and I can guess and LL can guess, but NOT predict when your Home will be ready, no matter if you are on a list waiting patiently as 863 or casually clicking on occasion or tearing your hair out and developing repetitive motion injuries. The very best way to not get all stressed out is to do something which does not cause you or anyone else stress 💗 Come and visit, watch, have fun, have coffee with Guilio in the cafe or come and play a game of darts at the Queenshead Pub or have a horseback ride on a horse from one of the free Animesh horse rezzers inworld, come and listen to some music, do some swimming or boating or learn to sail or fly a plane. Join a group and chat, visit the houses in the parade of homes, make a model of one or all and decorate it while you are waiting. 🥰

LL will release 1 Region each Monday Wednesday and Friday with exceptions for holidays or other unforeseen circumstances arise (no official updates during this trickle type of release) and a large volume release of the camper/tiny home theme will occur as soon as they are ready. There will probably be some more official notice regarding that release as it approaches. 😃

That is a brilliant suggestion 👨🏽‍🎨👩🏿‍🎨 I think you will have more support than you could possibly imagine in this endeavour. ❤️ I’m sure there are many people who will read this who will point you to the exact people you need for each step also, and in the meantime you can contact an Owner or Moderator of either of the two main Bellisseria Groups (Bellisseria Citizens and Bellisseria Community) and they can tell you exactly how they began the process of holding an Event on the Fairgrounds, advertising it, organizing it, setting it up, reserving it, etc and offer loads of help and advice to help you as much or as often as you will need 💗 I can hardly wait to find out what you have in store for us! ❤️ After a first taste at an event on the fairgrounds you will get a good idea of what size of space might be needed for a more permanent venue for such a worthy project. 🥰
