    That's what most 'fluffy' stuff in SL tends to look like as far as I've seen. Plenty of coats, jacket trims, and other furry bits are made with jagged meshes with semi-transparent alphas to make it look 'fuzzy'. My beard is done similarly (although without being jagged, it has two surfaces with a slight offset that are both semi-transparent - which is a little bit annoying as the jaw line is usually visible through it - the many hours I've spent trying to remove it in photos ... Groans).

    We had to read it in school. Not for any particular reason other than our teaching picking it for us to do a book report on it. It's hardly a book exclusive to intellectuals though, if 13-year old Swedes can manage I would hope just about anyone else can, too.

    Probably. But I'm in a somewhat hyped up mood (I blame Rammstein). Already got a bleeding knuckle from poorly aimed air drumming, and I haven't even started drinking yet.

    Ah! Well, it would be cool if you could make a preset for the wet materials when you touch SL water or when you use furniture that is scripted to trigger it (a bit like those wet clothes that turn semi-transparent when you go into the water). Never heard of it being done though. Glad you got it sorted!

    Ah! Yes, that looks familiar. In the Maitreya HUD you can change it. The two options to the left of the wet option are two different intensities of the 'normal' material, and the sliders beneath change how intense they appear.

    You what. What body are you using, and are you using any other stuff for .. Wetness? I know Maitreya has a default material setup that's wet, but I never heard of it getting triggered by being in water. Pics?

    Haven't found that option anywhere under the notification settings, unfortunately. Imagine how calm things would be if you only were notified of mentions and quotes ...
