A couple of sets I saw today at Fancy Decor when I went to pickup a (non-log-cabin-specific) weekend sale sofa. Since we've had sales at Floorplan and Cheeky Pea recently, I hope Fancy Decor steps up with a sale soon!

There has been half price sales on gift cards in the past
Fancy's Foskett set is also cabin friendly if lacking in vertical space bed is only 4 Li

Hello!

I didn't want to start a new post so I thought this would be the best place for my question.

I'm currently working in Europe, and the possibility that I may not be able to travel back home to Canada this summer (apart from making me feel terribly sad) has me doubly interested in making my log home feel more familiar.

I'm looking for excellent 'lake' sounds, but especially the haunting sound of lake 'loons'. I have seen some on the Marketplace, but many have no reviews or the 'in-world' stores (to test the sounds) no longer exist. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone already has good recommendations. Ultimately I am willing to take chances and buy a few to try, but I thought I'd check with you first.

Cheers and merci beaucoup!

P.S. If you can find any of people slapping away black flies and mosquitoes.. that would be a bonus ;)

This guy doesn't have an in-world store anymore, but he does have a website where you can listen to what he has listed on MP.

Rivliyn, I feel for you...I have a daughter on the other side of the world from me working as a teacher in an international school, and she will likely not be able to come home this summer, either.

That is what I'm doing here as well Trinity, so life could be worse! But I hope we both can be reunited with our families this summer 😃

I do too!! But I didn't do it! Crazy me. I always end up doing something that's more cozy traditional.

It inspired me because I had a fireplace that had a similar feel to the one pictured so I tore apart my living area in my cabin and used it. It takes up a good portion of the wall like the one pictured. That turned into a complete furniture remodel. I adore the way it turned out.

Maybe @Quartz Mole will tell you where he obtained his dead body?

I'd be tempted to put a bunch of junk in it like RL attics, like maybe this https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/HeadHunters-Island-Pile-of-supplies-MESH-decor-old-boxes-barrels-and-paint-cans-attic-basement-decoration/9517849 and this https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/MANNEQUIN-Old-Tailors-Dummy/6010726. Packing boxes, trunks, that sort of thing are usually low LI, too.
