I did not buy it because the land impact is so high, 58. The whole store is high land impact, but pretty things. But it's up to you what to use, high land impact on some special things. Also, the great Chic Aeon has placed a wooden/iron coffee table that I love! Bought it. Some pieces may be too many prims though I was able to click on the tub alone (the display had all other pieces linked) and that came up a friendly 6 if I remember. FYI they have a nice kitchen set which I already had. Caveat is that for me it's oversized (I'm a small ava) but it has a built in resizer which is great. I seem to remember that the land impact on it was not very Belli friendly when you rez out the entire set but one really does not need all the bells and whistles it comes with and I'm a mix and match kind of person anyway. Also, resizing it down did help with that too so if you're smaller you'll save on prims that way. I vaguely remember that it may also have the ability to change color too.
