Nits is said the be 'very European' with no American pop influence. The song Nescio is based on a novel De Uitvreter ((The freeloader) by J.H.F. Grönloh, the pseudonym of Dutch writer Nescio. It's like he fed an algorithm lots of dirty blues, and ended up with songs like "I glued my balls to my butthole again." Then he asked it for an 80s pop song and it spat out "It's Time to take a ***** on the company dime."
