  1. A SL love affair that also becomes RL, how romantic. I love that. Also came across this with the interviews.
  2. I found this when I looked for Trout. It is quite hilarious :-). Great fun indeed. https://forums-archive.secondlife.com/327/85/252954/485.html
  3. Oh, I hope there will be a Trout revival then! Too bad I can't interview him, that would be a great laugh.
  4. Our dark master, bookbinder, calligrapher, photographer and charming Dracula decendent @Orwaris in the Second Life blogs!
  5. It was dark where I was transported. I heard a loud thunder and saw the lighting suddenly clear up the space for a few seconds. There was Orwar. A well dressed Victorian suited handsome man with light eyes and dark hair. Outside it was pouring with rain. https://angelusvanengelen.homesteadcloud.com/second-life-our-passion/orwar-furlgrimr
  6. And new interviews coming up! This evening for me, but noon in Second Life time, I have an interview with Orwar and monday with Barbi Bumblefoot. I'll keep you informed!
  7. I was very honoured to be interviewed by my collegue reporter/writer @Prisqua Newall. I was excited to be on the other side of the line, and it was lovely, so is the interview! SL quintessentially Dutch hideout called Utrecht estate | Slex And The City
  8. My timezone is Central European Summer Time. So when it is noon in the Pacific Daylight Time (also Second Life time) it is 9 o' clock in the evening in my timezone.
  9. The two halves of one beautiful soul are now in the Second Life blogs.
  10. There are two main questions I always aks: A variant on 'Tell me about your home.' That can be your house or anything that you refer to as 'home.' And: 'What is your dearest passion.' A great interviewer I admire always says: 'Just have one or two questions prepared. Not more. And rather then pushing the interviewee into a mall of prepared questions, just listen. Listen good is so important. And respect. That said, the interviews take place inworld, at the home of the interviewee. https://angelusvanengelen.homesteadcloud.com/second-life-our-passion
  11. @Gregorian Chant & @Eddy Vortex are parts of one soul that split off into two avatars. Eddy is the jaded cynic. Greg tends to be the hopeful fantasist. Curious about their dearest passion? Read the next interview in the series Second Life: our passion https://angelusvanengelen.homesteadcloud.com/second-life-our-passion/gregorian-chant-eddy-vortex
  12. Music for Villa Utrecht part two! With music by, among others, Jeff Buckley, Claude Debussy, Zoë Keating. Fragments from poems by Shakespeare, Philip Larkin, Robert Frost and John Masefield.
  13. No, I would not dare to throw a chair at you! Not at anyone to be presice. Well, decency. So many residents so many opinions about that subject. We all know that in SL it depends on where you are (Adult or PG) how decent you can be . But what you mean, I personally don't think it's a matter of decency, I think it's a matter of taste. And tastes happen to differ. What you call indecent is a fantastic outfit for someone else. Who is right here? For me it is easy. i just allways wear a suit. And I only wear something indecent when I'm with an indecent resident :-).
  14. Tomorrow I will be interviewd by Prisqua Newell. Exciting to be on the other side of the line for one time!
  15. Iron - Woodkid Deep in the ocean, dead and cast away Where innocence is burned, in flames A million miles from home, I'm walking ahead I'm frozen to the bones, I am
  16. The beat and the pulse Hundred angles lost Fleeing from the beat and the pulse Loving like a fool Play it full of heart and the soul And the soul
  17. Poetry, pop and different cultures. A French poet, a French actor and a Norwegian singer. Hector Zazou feat. Anneli Drecker & Gérard Depardieu - I'll Strangle You. J'ai tendu des cordes de clocher à clocher ; des guirlandes de fenêtre à fenêtre ; des chaînes d'or d'étoile à étoile et je danse.' Lyrics from Les Illuminations by Arthur Rimbaud.
  18. And I did it, I had to shrink the bastard to 15 GB and lose some dear pics but it is now available for free at Smashwords! When you come across my book in Amazon, you can indicate there if you wish that you have been able to get the book cheaper elsewhere (i.e. for free). It may be that Amazon's algorithm then works in such a way that it will eventually be available there for free. But before then, the book is of course available for free (with slightly less visual content) from Smashwords! https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/1100306
