Katherine Heartsong
Apologies for the flood of pics, but here's my 9216 sq meters of land in Bjorn, plus the 1024 owned by my male alt. Yes, I'm a bit of a Scarlet Creative junkie. Note for the fashion conscious: The capris and cool striped sweater top in lots of colours I'm wearing in that first picture is Vjera by amias. Direct access to Blake through an amazing marina. In order, the pictures show ... Inside my home My home My male alt's home (houseboat) and the rental unit (white unit at end) The gallery and wharf shops The cafe and wharf shops up close (two shop spaces free rent available!) Heartsong Gallery and my newest cyber-themed 1024 build The cyber build up close The seafront station (on 1024 owned by my alt, available to rent!) An aerial shot of the whole thing (the marina exit to Blake top left) Edited December 16, 2022 by Katherine Heartsong

Nando Yip
The house in Peraut, I decided to make it snow and turn this house in Trompe (Quentyn Lodge) into a winter paradise, I love the house it is super spacious, so I will definitely spend the whole winter decorating. As I do the work I will post here. Anyone who feels excited to visit will be welcome. Katherine Heartsong
Additional note. I've upped my tier to the 1/4 sim (again) and so have bought the green 2048 parcel in the following image, have asked Linden to allow me to buy the two abandoned 1024 parcels indicated in orange, and reached out to the owner of the 1024 in red, who has no objects on that parcel to see if I can buy that one. Hopefully to expand the cyber theme to another 1024, the shops behind the gallery, and add a pubic sailboat rezz spot and small beach. Might even update the gallery to the lovely one I bought at an event. Edited December 22, 2022 by Katherine Heartsong
Owl Dragonash
I really enjoyed landscaping this plot in Heterocera for a friend. It was a 5888 meter big sized lot with an awkward hill. Little bit of a challenge and fun to do.

Elise Fugazi
Continuing my interior overhaul of my house in Kot with my bedroom I wanted warmth and texture. I found a picture of a beautiful bathroom in an interior design magazine and decided to re-create it for my bathroom. I didn't like how the standard Onsu Hollywood House as a bathroom entrance to the balcony so I took out the door and windows and replaced it with black accent windows. Where the stairs used to be leading to the bathroom from the balcony I opted to create a green space that would add color to the bathroom and the outdoor seating area next to it.
Elise Fugazi
For my bedroom i wanted a glitzier feel so I went even deeper with my tones. I love statement accent walls and I wanted something that I could look at and smell the leather. I wanted to make more use of the bedroom space so I decided to build out a little walk in closet enclosed with glass so everything still felt open. I love the little details in decorating on SL like the curtain bar across the floor to ceiling windows and the ruched curtains at the end. I'm currently making scripted curtains that will open and close alongside the entire wall of windows.
Elise Fugazi
Finally for the bar/playroom area I wanted it to feel like a glamorous speakeasy. So I went darker there as well and wanted to use the different wood textures to highlight the space. Gotta have your wine fridge and your humidor (for the cigar lovers). I loved having different accent walls to section out spaces without taking away for the room and I wanted to mix the fabrics with velvet and leather. A pool table is a must - I actually play it a lot but didn't want it to just be there so I added a chandelier and living moss walls behind the glass. I love the color plants give. That's it for now... but love how the overhaul is coming along! Feel free to visit my home! http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Kot/54/113/59

Marianne Little
You really made the best out of the Onsu Hollywood house. It is that house, right? I think I must visit, @Elise Fugazi😍 I have not bought it, since the basement would give me problems. I do not like to live in a skybox, I prefer the ground. I have just moved out from Bay City, where terraforming is not allowed, and my other place is only water.

Please visit when you can I'm on the ground too so it was definitely tricky since you can only terraform so deep on mainland so I went as deep as I could then built up so the house is on a little hill of sorts. It actually worked out and blends with the rest of the neighborhood. Driving up the driveway is always fun LOL but other than that it works well as long as you have enough land to gradually slope back down on all sides.
Marianne Little
@Elise Fugazihow is it that so many people with good taste end up so close? It is a really fine neighborhood. I think your home is best placed and with the best garden And the Cedar house from Onsu on the other side of the road look really great too. I actually landscaped the entire neighborhood minus my neighbor beside me and the community center at the end of Kot on Route 9A is also my own. I've been really fortunate to become good friends with all the land owners so it's a nice little random community.

And so lucky that they did not return all the high quality landscaping details and put in a prim with a lawn texture instead... Or is it rentals, and they can't return it? I think most residential mainlanders do want a parcel that looks nice on the ground...they just don't know how to start. Plus it's easier to maintain if your surrounding neighbors do it too. 4
