  1. Not to be confused with titlers. One is a worn scripted object that does not affect the overhead tag. The other one affects the hard coded floater over the avatar's head. If they are breaking normally worn titlers, it's gonna make people upset. I can understand doing something about the later.
  2. Check the link. Just in case there is a function or two of the bridge you do want.
  3. You take the touristic route. I'm taking the scenic route.
  4. Did you try recreating the bridge? Avatar → Avatar Health → Recreate LSL Bridge. https://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bridge
  5. You're both too far out in left field.
  6. You aren't telling me anything I haven't known for many years. I have owned a few forums myself. Did a bit of modding the code and skinning. There hasn't been enough malicious necroposting, like the fairly recent episode of one idiot spamming the front page of GD with 8 year old threads, to warrant flipping the switch. Most necroposting isn't malicious.
  7. They changed the forum software in 2009 and that wasn't the first time. If it were the same software we started out with, my forum age would date back to 2004. What I'm saying is, the software wasn't compatible and the info couldn't be carried forward. Many of us had to re-register. I've had to twice that I can remember.
  8. Wait. The setting has to be changed on the backend? That's not what I thought you meant. Anyway, I'm sure if LL thought it was something worth flipping the switch on, they would have done so long ago, if the switch was included in what they paid/pay for.
  9. Got a link to the documentation? I'm curious about how it's set up.
  10. Like you said, it depends on the forum software. Not all of them have that feature, like I said.
  11. LL isn't going to go to the expense and manpower it would take to accomplish this. I've been on a lot of different forums over the past 20 years and not one of them ever locked threads due to age. None. It is not cost effective.
  12. They have for me since MP went live. Especially when I haven't searched anything or set any filters. What I have noticed is that things do seem to show up more or less in the order they were uploaded. That changes the moment you search or set a filter.
  13. I do keep the originals in the original box as long as the box is copy/mod. If the original box is no copy then I create one and put everything from the original box in it. As long as the image is copy then I can apply it as a texture to the box. What I don't do is keep the sizes I don't wear in the folders. Only the ones I use. Everything else gets deleted, except for what is in the original box and/or the box I created for it. Your inventory is all stored on a single server, not multiple, so keeping more than one backup isn't necessarily going to help in the event of truly lost inventory. It just creates more clutter in your inventory and adds to the demands on the asset server. That's how I see it. ETA: I also keep a copy of the image in the folder if the image is copy.
  14. If I were to unpack everything in my inventory.... *shudders* it would likely be well over 200,000. As it is I have under 35k. I keep most things like textures in a changer. Other stuff that I don't use often are kept boxed. I have 6 (yes, six) toy boxes. 😇
  15. Windows 64? I think you mean Windows 10 64bit. Where do the rules say that VR is for teenagers? What galaxy do you live in?
  16. It's not very common to try to convert an outside Husky to an inside Husky. You're going to need more than luck. As I said before they are not like other domestic breeds. But what do I know? I just raised timber wolves for 30 years.
  17. There is nothing you can do to keep a Linden account from accessing/entering "your land". Personal accounts, yes, Linden accounts, no. Lindens have the law and godmode on their side.
  18. One of those things I can't forget since I heard my mother singing it before Roberta recorded it.
  19. You aren't that old if you didn't know about this from 1971:
